We chose this hotel because. the budget was up to $ 900 for two, and I wanted to celebrate a serious anniversary of living together again in Egypt.
In short, about the negative, then the arrival upset even from the reception: a small number of shabby, filthy furniture immediately caught my eye + an unfriendly "poodle" at the counter, who, with a huge number of free rooms (we took Delux! ), settled us in room 788 near the garbage container nearby the outer wall of the hotel. Having given us a broken key, he probably hoped that we would gasp and start begging and paying extra in the hope of a new number (people gave $ 20 for changing the number). But we replaced the key, but didn’t change the number, just checked that everything worked ( air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle).
And guys.... there is no water park here! 2 burnt, shabby slides next to the place where only locals are accommodated - this is not a water park !!!

We went to a meeting with the hotel guide, although not beginners, but this was the last time. Hotel guide Abram from Join up is a rare hamlo and unprofessional. Intimidation by the police, theft, cancellation of insurance, selling tours at exorbitant prices - this, of course, is only for beginners. But it’s elementary not to acquaint you with the daily routine, diet, A la carte reservations, the concept of the hotel - this is beyond. Who didn’t buy excursions, the guide didn’t talk to those AT ALL!
Sea: the main beach is sandy for children only. We were on the pier once, because. all ! Entertainment planned for themselves. There are the remains of a reef, some fish, rays, but the overall impression is unpleasant, because on the right, the territory is not cleaned at all, there is a lot of garbage and the bottom is covered.
Boring in the hotel at night! Plenty of space, closed areas - what prevents you from putting on European music in the evening?! ? we still don’t understand, it’s elementary, otherwise it’s quiet, like in a coffin, or Egyptian football is on the big screen. People themselves turned on their phones and tried to waltz.
Food and service in the main restaurant - this is the highest class! To be honest, we have never seen such a varied diet. Everything was almost never repeated, and everything was delicious! And meat, and seafood, and pastries are beyond praise! I shake hands with the cook and waiters!
But rest is still great! Just for reference, about excursions: we went to Paradise Island ($15 each), Dolphin House ($18 each) and Utopia ($18 each). The first 2 are just great! Have a good holiday everyone!
