We went to rest in the Mirage in early September. We flew on a night flight, arrived at the hotel at 5 am, no one was going to check in. They just said that from 10 they will give out bracelets, they will give snacks (for breakfast until 10), and from 14 they will settle.
We were very disappointed when a group arrived at 8 in the morning, their guide said something to the guys at the reception and the group began to settle. After they were settled, we also tried and this attempt cost us $ 10. BUT! The person at the reception took the money, but there was no suitable number. In the contract we had ONE double bed. They gave us a room with THREE single beds, with the reservation that we would come at 12 and they would change the room if we didn’t like it.
Returning at 12 at the reception, we did not find the same administrator, and when we asked to change our room and said that we had already "agreed" on a good room, everyone pretended that no one knew anything, but said that we would come at 14.14:00 we came again to the reception, by that time we had already examined the shower room, which was in a disgusting state - rusty, and from the street, when the balcony was torn off, it stank of urine, TV (not so important on vacation, but relevant for the evening) worked in disgusting quality.

The administrator this time was already the third in a row for these half a day. He looked at us and waited for us to give money, but we were not going to pay another $10. As a result of long hesitation, we were still given a number at the other end of the territory, probably for evil, they say, we didn’t give him money. But we don't care about the distance. Whoever is in Egypt for the first time - know that after 18:00 they are kicked out of the sea and the pools are closed. Therefore, after dinner, there is an option to go to the room, and there is an option to sit at the bar, chat, listen to music (from time to time it is live here).
With regards to entertainment, there are animators (not only for children, but also for adults) who conduct morning water aerobics both near the pool and near the sea. There is yoga and the usual morning exercises near the sea.

But the workers of the slides do not care, they sometimes let people in when the previous one has not yet gone down, not that they would have had time to sail to the side. The lifeguard who is near the pool whistles and asks to sail away from the slides faster.
In general, the hotel is good for its price. By the way, the safe is only at the reception, we did not use it, because we do not really trust it. Wifi is also only at the reception.
