The hotel has 2 all-inclusive packages - for Slavs and for Europeans (different colors of bracelets).
Main differences:
1) Slavs are settled in the zone between the barrier and the reception ("Russian Quarter"), Europeans - between the reception and the sea;
2) the Slavs eat in a restaurant - a la dining room, which at the peak of the seasons is not enough for normal service (i. e. queues of up to 10-15 people are formed for one dish, there are no places to sit down, you can wander with a plate up to 10-15 minutes around the hall, if you are with a child - this is problematic). There are no tablecloths in the dining room, drinks are in plastic, the air conditioning system is weak. The Europeans have a different restaurant, it looks much more decent - tablecloths, glass for drinks. Food - the usual for Egypt, maybe somehow very little fruit.

3) in bars, Slavs are poured into plastic, Europeans into glass (except for the beach bar). The moment is generally not significant, but when you stand in the same line and ask for the same drink - (for example, beer - and it is poured into a plastic 100 g glass for you, and for a European woman in a half-liter glass glass) - this is unpleasant.
The hotel does not have 500 rooms, but 2500 - I think it's better to write honestly on the site, because a large area with 500 rooms and 2500 is different. In the first case - this is an advantage, in the second - a necessity.
The hotel once turned off the light and water, the rooms are average, no frills. Cleaned up great. It can be seen that the hotel was built on a grand scale, but subsequent repairs were very economical. A lot of mosquitoes, took repellents with them - saved.
From the good:
1) well-groomed green area,
2) clean lagoon, good pontoon, large comfortable beach,
3) animation.
We spoke Arabic and English, so the attitude of the staff was restrained and friendly, but in relation to other Slavs, rather hostility (but this is rather subjective).
I think that we will never come to this hotel again (unless they give a ticket for free). The division on a national basis is very unpleasant, especially since this is the policy of the hotel.
