We arrived at the hotel at about 6 am, the cold was concrete, the tourists who had arrived earlier were sleeping on chairs at the reception. We tried to check in earlier, but even the money did not help. We had to wait until 9 am. The shift changed and the loot did its job. We got good rooms. I’ll make a reservation right away: we fly to Egypt every year and mostly in good 5s, since this year the budget was modest, but we really wanted to fly, we decided to try this hotel, having read the reviews, we flew without mood and with horror what awaits us.

Of course the 1st impression was spoiled due to the fact that we had to wait a long time for the room. Everyone who paid was settled at 10.2 rooms that did not pay were settled worse at 11.
The food is good, the choice is small (compared to the 5 places where we flew), but everything is quite tasty, you definitely won’t stay hungry. I was very pleased with bottled undiluted beer, which is rare even in 5-kah.
There is no heated pool! Although they say that the water park is heated, it is very weak, and then from 10 to 13, and from 14 to 16, the rest of the time you are kicked out even from the pool and there is nowhere else to swim in the territory, the sea is icy, there are no corals and fish. The guide about excursions is deceiving, there were people with us on the same ship, from our own hotel, but at a price half lower, it was a shame ((
No animation!! ! In the evening there is a type of disco, either near the reception, or near the sea, that's all. After reading reviews about theft, money and documents were kept in a safe at the reception, there is a code safe.
