The rooms are cleaned at random - the plumbing is not washed, the showers are not washed, the floors are not washed, the vacuum cleaner is not used. Towels may not be changed, just the previous ones are folded back onto the shelf. We tried to give tea....two changes - towels were changed, swans were laid out of them. Everything else is the same. The floor is still the same garbage, they did not dare to step on the carpet barefoot.
Next is the reception. Hell nursery. No one was able to help us during the entire stay. Everyone is simply ignored. This affected not only us and obscene phrases in different languages, we heard there repeatedly. The batteries in the air conditioner remote control melted, at 12 at night they asked to change them. After 6 calls to the reception, at 2 am!!!! , two hotel workers came to us. They talked to each other and left. No one else came to visit us! The husband figured out to rearrange it from the TV remote control, and so they escaped inevitable death.
The room was given with a view of the fence, and they were exactly 50/50 there, they asked to change... 3 days we were asked to wait. As a result, we spat on this idea. Tired of standing at the reception and constantly listening to these promises. Lived on the fence

In the middle of the holiday, several tourists arrived, after a night in a hotel, they moved to other hotels - they say it is impossible to withstand.
The food in the restaurant is quite varied and the staff, in principle, is responsive! There was a choice of food. And chicken, and beef and fish of all kinds. Of the fruits were melon, watermelon and orange) The restaurant is generally satisfied. Just as dirty. The chairs are so dirty that we put napkins on them to eat and get up clean.
This hotel also accepts local Egyptians, who are very different in all their behavior from Europeans! They bathe in the same clothes they wear! In a veil, and other clothes. Next to you, in the pool! In the restaurant they behave extremely like a pig, their children eat right on the tables, sitting with their feet. The hotel does not limit them in anything, thereby limiting the rest.
