The biggest plus of the hotel is its territory, well, our room overlooking the courtyard, the pools, for which we had to pay a little extra, since we did not like the first one offered at all. Cleaning is so-so, we didn’t bother, the main thing is towels and water. The territory is beautiful and well-groomed, the staff works from morning to evening, and for good reason, everything is beautiful. There is a contact menagerie with goats, turtles, donkeys and monkeys, you can touch, feed. The pools are good, but we were only on the sea. There are water slides for adults and children who are interested. The beach is nice and equipped well, but the tides are low.... It’s far from the depths, it’s complete nonsense to go from the shore at low tide. The bottom is bad, shoes are needed, there are several descents from the pier to different depths. There it is normal, sand. There are few fish, but for the beautiful underwater world it is better to go on boat trips. There are sun loungers on the pier, you can sunbathe, the summer wind even pleased, but in the off-season I can’t imagine how it will be “comfortable”, everyone will be in the pools)). As for the staff, we have no complaints, yes, everyone loves tips and then the attitude becomes much better, the staff salaries are more than modest, so they are trying to make money on a "friend" tourist. More than once contacted the guest service, there is a Russian-speaking girl, she will always help and tell you if anything. We were not particularly interested in animation, but something was done, there was a children's disco, we saw it. Regarding food, well, for 4-ku, from the series “you won’t stay hungry”, but there’s not much pleasure either. Just food. Although the hotel is on the outskirts, we went to the embankment, took a walk and went to a local fish restaurant. Prices are normal, but most importantly very tasty. In general, the embankment was a pleasant surprise, it's nice to walk or sit at tables in a cafe. At the entrance, security and a frame with a metal detector, plus bags are checked. We also had to deal with the Internet ourselves, we bought a local Vodafone SIM card, 3 GB was enough for a week. Excursions were ordered via the Internet from Mido, this is a Tibatur travel agency, we found it through reviews and recommendations last time, the guides know Russian well, a good team, it was fun and interesting. There are no prepayments, everything is in place at the beginning of the trip, the prices are reasonable. I can safely recommend. The hotel has its pros and cons, we didn’t like the sea in this part, or rather the ebbs and flows, the food is mediocre, the distance from the city, I think we won’t come here again and in general in this area, we can recommend it as a budget 4-ku. However, for this price rested normally.
