Hotel ratings by criteria:
The hotel is quite new, quiet, the territory is really well-groomed and beautiful.
From the pros:
- The territory (a lot of greenery, clean, beautiful lighting in the evening, a beautiful large water park), the beach is being cleaned, flowers, sun loungers are new.
- The water park is really not bad, I compare it with the Kiev dreamtown, there are interesting slides for both adults and children, the cold water in the pools did not give full enjoyment of the slides.
- The staff is polite, not arrogant, cleaning, changing towels and toiletries every day at no extra charge.
- They settled at 10 am (we arrived at 6 am) without additional payments and requests in a spacious room near the central building overlooking the central pool, although the Poles for an additional 20 bucks were settled in a room overlooking another unfinished hotel and garbage cans where trucks were noisy : ))
- Heated pool (though not in the morning).

- CATS, a lot of cool cats that accompany you while you walk, if you invite them to lie down with you on a sun lounger, unfortunately the cats are not very well-groomed, although they are given water, fed and they have a house.
Minuses:
- The cold wind and the cold shallow sea are the fattest minus which crosses out all the pluses for us. The sea was 17 degrees, as the hotel guide said it is cold there all the time because the reef is dead and the hotel is located to the north of all in Hurghada. Nowhere was this mentioned before the purchase of the tour. A couple of people swam for all the time when one day the wind calmed down a bit in the morning and there was a strong ebb. You can go in to swim only from Pantone, otherwise you will have to walk a kilometer through sharp shells and coral fragments to at least some depth.
The wind is piercing and cold, there is no wind protection either on the beach or on the territory, only the location of the buildings smoothes it out a bit. I had to look for secluded corners to sunbathe.
- Remoteness from the city (maybe a plus for someone), taxi 5 bucks one way or to the center by minibus with a transfer of 5 pounds. Around the desert is the nearest hotel within walking distance (min 10 walk) Hawaii. There are good-priced souvenir shops and fruit stands. Near Nubia, everything is expensive and scarce.
- You can say there was no animation, in the evenings there was some kind of show in a smoky bar where there were also children's discos.
- The food is average, although the soups for Egypt were not bad, there were even a couple of times stuffed squids that were not very tasty. Of the fruits, there were all the time guava, pomegranates and melon, a couple of times grapefruits. Sweets and choice of food is poor for 5.
- Paid WiFi.
