Just returned from this hotel. I will try to be objective, although now it is difficult to do so, because the negative of the last days and returning home blocked all the positive aspects of the holiday. In general, in order - we were brought to the hotel at about 6 pm. Settled in quickly. The hotel has a main building, and perpendicular to the sea opposite each other another building and a row of bungalows. We lived in a building opposite the bungalow, quite close to the sea, room 3014. The room is small, the furniture is shabby, but in general it was not important, because. not in the room we came to sit
Food - the first couple of days we had a real belly feast. The food is varied, I expected it to be worse. Breakfast - pancakes, scrambled eggs, various cereals, yoghurts, vegetables, buns, rice porridge. This is the main thing that I remember, but not all that was. There was plenty for lunch and dinner too. Vegetable soups and purees (I really liked them), chicken, fish, lamb (probably 4 times in the evenings), goulash, vegetables, pasta, potatoes, rice, various sweets. From fruits - melon, grapes, dates (but not sweet, but some soaked), grapefruits, apples (also in compote). The food is varied, but on the 5th day it began to bother. A lot of seasonings and not necessarily a spicy dish, but there are still a lot of seasonings. At first I liked it, but at the end of the vacation I didn’t want to eat anything at all except soups, well, we were looking forward to breakfast, because. there they came off to the fullest)))
The sea is a good entry, probably stomped to a depth of 100 meters. Lots of sunbeds on the beach, always found somewhere to lie down.

For children on the territory of the hotel there are many small pools, enough slides.
The staff is very polite and friendly. No one has ever been rude. Problems with the number were eliminated during the day. Here with cleaning it was somehow not clear. We went every day - they made the beds, towels were changed 2 times in 10 days, and they just folded and put them away even if they were wet (and then try to guess where it was). The floors were never washed.
Animation is weak. It seems that the guys ran and tried (though not all). And the salary, in my opinion, they should receive huge for their work, but still weak. I really liked the dance with skirts (it was a guest artist) and the fakir show. Local discos are held in the basement))) There is a bar, tables with sofas, but stuffy and like the air. People hardly went there. The animators drove to the discos to the Pandora club, which was located next to our hotel and charged $20 for it!! ! I just wanted to ask them - guys, didn’t you happen to be crazy? You don't even need to go to this club - you can walk! We never went there. Once there was a foam party on the beach - $ 15 (moreover, one beetle-animator on the beach tried to sell us these tickets for $ 18). We looked at it from our balcony and realized that it’s not worth spending money on it either. They put a small pool, they let foam on top. Again, very few people went to this. In general, there were not enough young people. The hotel is not a party hotel. Rather, for a quieter holiday with children.
Excursions - hammam from Pegasus - $ 35. Did not impress. Includes - salt room, sauna, jacuzzi, room with steam (they breathed essential oils - mint, eucalyptus), then we were rubbed with some kind of mitten and made foam massage. Some scrub was missing. There was no sensation of a "purified" body. Pegasus promised that they would make a Cleopatra face mask as a bonus. Did not do. All procedures took about an hour and another hour, if not more, we sat and waited to be taken away. This is their type of rest and relaxation after the procedures. You sit and do nothing. I was ready to leave on foot!

We did not contact Pegasus anymore and took all the other excursions from a woman who was advised to us by our travel agent. Her prices are much lower, the organization is 5+. We went diving (I liked it, it's a pity that the fish are still not enough, not Sharmal Sheikh) and to Luxor. If I had known how hard it would be in Luxor, I would not have gone. Very hot. It's just not real. The head refuses to accept information. They also wanted to go to a paradise island but did not get there.
Well, now about the bad. Our main problem is the number. Doors open with difficulty. The door to the bathroom after 4 days stopped opening from the inside at all. Washed, knocked, the neighbor let you out. Air conditioning - at first it started to drip a little, and then it just poured rain from it! At night they put a large towel, which was used for sunbeds, and in the morning they squeezed out the water as if they had just taken it out of the water! They said at the reception. Of course, they came and did something there, but after 10 minutes after turning it on, it started to rain again.
And the most important surprise (left in the end) in the rooms with us lived bugs! They began to bite 5 days after our arrival, apparently they were poisoned before that, but somehow they didn’t poison them. First they attacked my girlfriend. Arms, legs, neck, even part of the face covered with large red spots.
She is allergic to the sun, they attributed it to this, but after a couple of days I also had such spots, though much less. This is where we got excited. At first they didn’t even think about bedbugs. When it came to what was going on, they went to the representatives of Pegasus. They showed a rash. Amazing calmness on their part. Yes, they say (they didn’t even raise an eyebrow) it looks like bedbug bites. Go to reception, ask to be moved to another room. Let, they say, other bugs bite. Those. they know perfectly well that there are bed bugs in the hotel and don’t even worry about it! Apparently they themselves, unfortunately, have not yet been bitten by these creatures! Okay, let's go to the reception, show the rash, we say we have bedbugs. The administrator sent a cleaner to check on us. After half an hour we return to the reception. The cleaner checked everything, it's clean, and it was mosquitoes that bit you. We left a spray for mosquitoes and a fumigator there (though without plates). Well, without evidence, it was somehow useless to argue, we decided to see what would happen to me at night. The time is approximately 12 noon. We go to sleep. I turn over one pillow and a bug sits on the back side, I turn over the second one - another one. A friend's little one is crawling on the bed. We caught two and carried them to the reception.

They looked at them for a long time, then they started calling the general manager. He came. He said that now all the rooms are occupied, tomorrow people will leave and we will move you, we will take things to dry cleaning for free. He sent cleaners with us. Here was the coolest animation for the whole holiday! Fire show! They dismantled the beds, turned the wooden frame over and set it on fire to kill the bedbugs with fire (it’s a pity the photo didn’t upload to the album, the quality let us down). Well, where else can you see this!
They changed our linen and let us sleep. But somehow I didn’t feel like sleeping... And then the bugs, disturbed by the fire, began to leave their main shelter, namely the wooden plank on the wall behind my friend’s bed. Oh, how they all ran along the wall in a crowd !! ! Until 3 am we crushed them. Then we got knocked out anyway. In the morning, a friend of bedbugs 5 killed in her bed, but we did not look for them intently. The janitor knocks on us. He asks how we are doing. We are bad for him! Up to 3 nights the bugs were crushed. To which he answers simply brilliantly - "We don't have lice! " . So what are we talking about. You may or may not have lice! The bugs are attacking us. We lead him to the bed, show the corpse of an adult bug and just a small one ran nearby. He scratched a pumpkin and said that we would be relocated (who would have doubted). At lunchtime, we were moved to the main building in room 212. And people with balloons came to our former room to poison the reptiles.
The new room was twice as big and brighter. That's just the bathroom... The floor of the shower niche and the bathtub are one, without a threshold, and the water was leaving very badly! While washing, you actively scoop water into the drain with your foot, otherwise the flood will all over the floor. However, since we were already leaving the next day, they simply scored on this: , ,
We got our suitcases back from the dry cleaners. Items have been washed, ironed and neatly folded. But the suitcases were either not processed at all, or they did it very poorly. Arriving home, I went through all the things, looked at the seams, found nothing, put it in the closet and went to bed. In the morning I decided to steam the suitcase just in case. I started and I see a bug on the floor! She leaned over, and a very tiny one was running nearby. I got sick! Called the exterminator. On the same day in the evening, the whole apartment was sprayed. Now I'm waiting. . .

In general, adventures with bedbugs caused a strong negative reaction to this hotel and completely discouraged my desire to visit Egypt again... And the point is not even that they bitten there, but that they brought home ((( Terribly sorry for the money spent, and this is 40.000 rubles per person + spent in Egypt. Now I'm afraid that these creatures still settle in my house (((I have no feeling that I spent 10 days resting at sea. Pegasus is an office without conscience, since they employees are well aware of the problem, but naturally they do not warn anyone about it and still have the conscience to say: "Let others bite. "
This is how the rest turned out.
