First time in Egypt. We chose the hotel price-quality, on the recommendation of the Tui agency. It turned out that the direct tour operator "Join Up". The departure was at 4-00 am, the delay of the departure for 2 hours was announced only when the registration began, although this was known in advance.
We were not immediately settled in the hotel, but this did not bother us, we left our things at the reception, changed clothes, took our swimwear and went to the beach. We arrived at the reception at 13-30, as we were told, having already swum in the sea and drunk a couple of cocktails and had lunch. What confused the administrators. Settled in a room with a good view and generally normal. The safe was quickly sorted out, there is an instruction. The hotel is good, we liked it. The food is varied, tasty, there have always been a couple of types of meat, fish, a couple of times kebabs, liver, take whatever you want and as much as you want. 24/7 bar with their drinks and cocktails for free, the drinks are quite adequate. Free trips to Mongolian and Italian restaurants - don't go. Free massage is good. The slides didn't always work. Of the shortcomings of the hotel - it's far from Hurghada and a fine sandy beach. The depth starts after 150-200 meters, there is nothing to see in the sea. But for children and surfers super and safe. A separate story is the travel agency "Join Up" - on excursions, do not believe it, 2 times during the trip they deceived - canceled at the last moment, 1 time - a deception of the excursion program and this is just a week. We will not go through this agency again and we do not advise everyone, although the Tui agency was the customer of our tour.
