I choose, look through the rating, photos, consult with experienced tourists. So it was this time. I was attracted by the price of the Panorama Bungalows Resort **** hotel, the tour was very hot, there was not much time to consult, so I opened reviews. All of them were absolutely positive and almost all of them advertised the services of a guide named Mohammed Amon, I suspect that he writes these reviews himself, but first things first. . .
We lived in this hotel together with our daughter 7 years 13 days. Tour operator TPG, UIA airline with departure from Boryspil. I repeat once again that the tour was redeemed 4 days before departure and it cost us ridiculous money, there were people in the hotel who paid almost twice as much for early booking. Previously, we have been in hotels of different stars in Hurghada (13-15 times, I don’t remember exactly) and in a good four in Turkey, so I will compare. So. .
Flight, meeting, information about the return flight, transfer - everything is clear, there are no complaints about the airline and maintenance. We arrived in the morning, at 10 o'clock we were already at the hotel. We entered the hall, took out the documents, I habitually put $ 10 in my passport and asked for a good number and so as not to wait until 14.00. The talkative boy quickly hid the money and, smiling radiantly, said: lunch at 12 o'clock, then come up. Okay, we left our things and went to inspect the territory. We went out into the courtyard of the main building, in front of us is a swimming pool, a stage on the right, a hookah lounge and a bar on the left, a huge hole gapes above the tables - a piece of the ceiling has fallen off, the floor is sticky and slippery, the bar counter, coolers, vending machines are shabby and not sparkling clean. I will say right away that the view of the hotel made us completely disheartened, but the beach is quite excellent. The main restaurant was surprised by the lack of entrance to it from the reception, you can enter only from the courtyard. I suspect that this was done in order to increase traffic in the gallery with shops, but I will not confirm. The dining room was the second wake-up call for us. From the threshold it became clear that there was really little food, and it was so. At the very least, delicious. I want to say thank you to the chefs for the fact that from the set of products that they are given, they squeeze out the maximum variety, and for the fact that we did not have any poisoning or stomach problems in 13 days. We received the control head when we entered the room . By the way, we were looking for it on our own, they just waved our hand to the side, go, they say, there. After 40 minutes, the porter brought the suitcase. Room 1121. Second floor without balcony with partial sea view and littered roof of kids club. The faucet drips, the shower and the towel rack barely hold on, the glass shower door doesn’t close (doesn’t move at all), the window rattles from the wind, the air conditioner just works like a fan, it makes a terrible noise, so lovers of at least elementary silence can already pass by. The room has the usual set of furniture, a new TV set, a safe, a refrigerator. A bottle of water was provided upon check-in and then the cleaner sometimes brought it to us. Tipping lodged - did not take! First time I see this. The first night passed terribly, it was so noisy that not only it was impossible to sleep, but it was even impossible to think about anything except how to get out of this hole. On the sun loungers under the window there were locals, of which there are 90% in this hotel, they screamed like they were cut until 3 a. m. , the window rattles, stuffiness, the roar of ventilation, the thumping of old doors on the floor, screams in the corridor. I swore to myself that I was led by numerous accolades and brought the child here. When asked to do something with the air conditioning, we were told that everything was OK. Three times during the holiday the door did not open, I had to go to the reception to change the key. Each time we were asked: Are you leaving today???

It also turned out that the beautiful two-story castle-shaped children's club was closed. Generally closed. At the same time, the animator girl spent the first half of the day by the pool, where there were already enough animators, and after lunch she went to the beach, where she ate, sunbathed, swam, and rested in general. Two days before our departure, the club was opened, the girl was sent home, they took a new one, but she just sat there and guarded the club. My baby went to yoga, which was held by the animator Olya near the stage in the morning, but this is so that at least somewhere to go. In the evening, a children's disco for 20-25 minutes, and all the songs in a certain sequence, is it really impossible to interfere? I repeat that the beach is the only consolation. Sunbeds are new, there is where to drink and eat. But! The sea is very shallow, there were days when it was not there at all. It takes about 5 minutes to go to the depth. It didn’t bother us, but then anyone likes it. 4 pools and jacuzzi. They don’t shine with cleanliness, in some places the tiles have fallen off, and you can get hurt by negligence. Slides are old, but cool. Fountains in the baby area do not work...
I don't want to go on describing the beauty of the hotel. I want to say frankly: we are not picky, we don’t eat lobster and foie gras for lunch, but in general we don’t eat much, we never strain anyone and don’t expect a royal attitude and any super service, we have been to many places and everywhere there are some disadvantages, as without it. We had a good rest, thanks to all of the above. But! This hotel is just disgusting. If you respect yourself and your loved ones, look for something else, add a little money, or reduce rest days, but go somewhere else. Newer, quieter, cleaner. This is my advice to you and purely my subjective opinion.
