We were in this hotel for the first time from 19.12. 09 to 26.12. 09. Went with the whole family. We have 2 sons. The eldest is 9 years old and the youngest is 1 year and 10 months old. In general, everything turned out like a 4 stars. The meeting party of Turtess took us to the hotel in a short time, which is not unimportant with children. They gave us a questionnaire and that was it. I filled in and attached chocolate to it, because I read in the reviews that they give not very good numbers and we wanted to make a small present from our country. Chocolate impressed them! We were quickly put on bracelets and sent to dinner and were told that there would be a good room right after dinner. They gave me a room in the central building on the second floor, the windows overlooked the pool and the sea. The room was large in size, which is great for children. There was no noise, only the lighting was not enough. But we weren't really in the room. The beach is good, but the sea is a bit shallow. The food was ok, but there was no children's menu. I had to feed the baby with what was. Breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant and lunch on the beach. At first I was indignant, but then I realized that it’s even better, you don’t have to drag yourself from the beach to the hotel. I ate and sunbathed again! Tips were left in the room every other day, the room was not cleaned very carefully, but every day. Towels were also changed every day. The entertainment program for children is weak, during the day there is also very little animation, only aerobics on the beach and volleyball. In the evening there was a disco with various competitions. Not bad! Taxis could be taken at the hotel, but you have to bargain about the amount of the trip. And they are taking to their merchants, so you need to clearly and confidently say where you need to go. Roma-guide works on the beach, he has all excursions cheaper. He did a good job, our trip to the paradise island was not successful due to the weather, so he offered to replace us with any train for free! It made me happy! I advise everyone to buy excursions from him! And yet, the main thing is to go on vacation with a positive attitude and not to find fault with trifles. The trip went well! and I wish you the same!
