We rested in the second half of September. We arrived at the hotel late, around 01:00 at night, and this is all the merit of the tour operator JoinUp, because. departure from Lviv was moved from 15:00 to 20:10. They settled in right away. The standard room turned out to be on the third floor with a balcony and a good sea view, but there was dust in the bathroom and on the furniture, and the mirror was dirty, there was a feeling that the room had not been cleaned for a long time in front of us. We told the employee who settled us about this, they promised to clean it tomorrow. In addition, the beds were separate, although we expected one double. But the view from the balcony outweighed and decided to stay. Although for those $ 20 that they gave at the reception, they could have offered a better one. And yet, the stack in the shower turned out to be clogged, but the plumber came and fixed it. A late dinner was offered at a Mongolian restaurant (one of three in the hotel) where it was dirty, and in principle the choice of food was very small. The rooms, if necessary, are cleaned every day, but we were worried about things and therefore they cleaned it once, with us.
The hotel itself is pretty good. Nice egyptian style reception, clean, bright main buffet restaurant. In the hotel, by the way, the food is pretty good, although over time it starts to bother, and there is almost no fruit. But here's an Italian restaurant, so it's not Italian at all, it's better to eat in the main. Nice area with two pools and water slides. But the staff ruins everything. In general, I got the impression that the most adequate work at the reception, the rest are some kind of wild, arrogant, disgruntled faces. In addition, there was a conflict with the animators, tk. some of them allowed themselves too much. As a result, the impression of the hotel was spoiled.
The sea on the beach is shallow, to go far to the depth. There is a pier, but I didn’t want to dive from it, because. The water is muddy and nothing of interest can be seen. The sea is cold in the morning, warming up closer to dinner. But closer to dinner, most of the sunbeds are occupied, it is rather difficult to find a free one closer to the sea. And often strong wind blows.

In the shops at the hotel, everything is expensive, the sellers push the prices to the maximum, and brazenly want to sell their goods.
Regarding vacationers - a lot of foreigners, Ukrainians and Belarusians smaller. But most of all in our period, there were Arabs, because they have a vacation period until 22.09. And it was very stressful. For the most part - noisy, arrogant, male Arabs stare at our girls, they also photograph and film on the sly. And some are so generally insolently fit to get acquainted. It's probably like that everywhere.
Outcome. The hotel itself is not bad, although the rooms are not very clean. The staff is sometimes arrogant, uncivilized, the service does not correspond to the level of the hotel. In addition, there are many Arabs on vacation, who also create discomfort. In general, it is suitable for families with children, because. there is a water park and shallow sea.
And about excursions. The JoinUp guide at the hotel tore off a lot of money for them, for which it could have been better, including because of the local staff, who are generally shocked. And one of the local guides, in general, tried to threaten when they told him in the eyes what they thought.
