Отдых удался Rest was a success

Me and my family from Ukraine from Kharkov. Stayed at this hotel for the third time. This time we took 2 rooms for 5 people, 3 adults and 2 children. Upon arrival, we put on bracelets, settled three hours later, but we could already use the entire infrastructure. The food, as always, is up to the mark, porridge, yogurt, and fruit are pleasing for breakfast. We settled in 2 rooms, which we asked for, in one of which we have been living for three years, thanks to the hotel administrators for coming to the meeting.

One of the rooms was a bit disappointing as water was leaking and there was a puddle in the bathroom all the time, but the cleaner was constantly trying to be helpful and cleaned everything every time. Special thanks to all the staff of the hotel, you are great! Everyone practically remembers my youngest daughter Nana, who is in the hotel three times, and grows up only about the thought of seeing the Panorama and the pelican Natasha again. Everyone remembers the child and pays attention to her in every possible way, it's nice.


Animators this year is something!!!!
Never before has there been such a groovy team as this time! They are just super good fellows, they did not let you get bored for a minute! A request to the hotel - do not change this composition of animators, especially the animator boys and the DJ, who gave all one hundred percent!
Special thanks to the lifeguard near the Hanny pool, next to which the pelican Natasha walks. Hanny is an amazing person who taught Nana how to swim this year.

We will visit this hotel again. We recommend the hotel.
