You either love this country or you don't… Those who didn't feel sympathy for it, having arrived there for the first time, will never fall in love with it!! ! So. . . It's November in Russia, it's already cold, snow has fallen in some places, the sky is gray, it's rainy and dirty (as always) - and I really want to extend the summer!!! ! And here we are, a company of 10 people (6 adults and 4 children), so to speak, a small "Uzbek" family, flying after the warmth and sun.
Hurghada met us warmly and sunnyly. Having passed all the controls and received the luggage, we almost immediately met our tour operator - Als Tour. (in Russia Biblioglobus) we have a new one, dumping prices, you may be dissatisfied. But the guys were on top and we were just delighted with how we were received and how our vacation was organized!!!!!!
We were taken to the hotel by minibus, since we have a rather big company, so we didn’t lose time to transport tourists to hotels, and 20 minutes after leaving the airport we were in place.

Check-in at the hotel from 14.00, we arrived at 10-10.30. We were immediately put on bracelets and we could already use everything and everything that is in the hotel. A little later they gave the keys. I must say that we already had the experience of “communication” about the settlement (not the first time in the east), we knew that we would not see good rooms right away. And we needed 3 rooms... Something like this happened this time. BUT! One of the rooms was changed to a better one without any additional cost and WITHOUT PAYMENT. Another number (STANDART) for $10 was changed to DELUX. And when we offered money for the replacement of the third number, we were given an envelope on which we wrote with our own hand that this was a present from number No....., affixed the amount, date and signature !!!!!!!!!!! ! Like this!!! ! They were shocked!! ! Later, when Moscow tourists told us with dissatisfied faces that they had to pay 50 and 60 dollars to change the number, we just twisted our fingers at the temple. Apparently, the habit of throwing money is normal among Muscovites....
The rooms are large, overlooking the sea, in the bathroom there is a shower with a simple hydromassage. True, the cabin was leaking, but this is all nonsense - it wasn’t dripping into the bed))))
The hotel area is small, but green, cozy and well-groomed. The main building has 4 floors, 3 3-storey buildings and a number of separate bungalows. The main pool is large but not heated. The smaller pool is heated and has two good slides (both for adults and children). By the way, we were told that pools are not heated in November, so you should not choose hotels with heated pools. So here are the tricks!!!! ! They all include!! ! It was heated and the water was warm! The second time we rested in November there and the second time the pools were heated!
The hotel has 3 bars. To be honest - they don’t look super-duper, but the bar has everything, there is always enough for everyone (juices, machines with carbonated drinks - cola, fanta, etc. , coffee-tea-cocoa machines, alcohol, as in its purest form and cocktails). So those who are used to being glamorous should stand aside and make faces (which many tourists from Moscow and St. Petersburg did).

The restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner is large and cozy. The choice of dishes is varied. Meat, fish, chicken - always and in different cooking options. Fresh vegetables, baked, in salads - a lot. Fruits - daily (bananas, dates, oranges, figs, melons, grapes, guava). There is no crowding, even if you come to the closing - everything is hot, everything is available. We had lunch at a restaurant on the beach. There were both "+" and "-". "+" is that during lunch you do not need to leave the beach, change clothes. I got up from the sunbed, put on something over my swimsuit and off I went. The choice is the same as in the main restaurant. The “-” is that the restaurant itself is smaller in size, so sometimes there was a problem with seats. But lunch (as well as breakfast and dinner) lasted 3 hours, so if you are not very hungry, come to the restaurant 30-40 minutes after the start of lunch and there are plenty of empty seats.
Animation in the hotel - filthy. There is no children's room at all. Evening show is bullshit. Only once was a decent program. But we were not particularly interested in all this, since we already had a large company, and we were very tired, because in 12 days of rest we visited Hurghada 3 times (souvenir shopping, went to a sea restaurant), were in Luxor, on safaris, sailed on a yacht, went to El Gouna.
The hotel has a night club, which also hosts various entertainment programs. The club itself is not bad, but it is very stuffy and smoky, apparently they saved on ventilation.
The hotel is on the first line, so the beach is its own, large with a gentle entry into the sea. Now WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! In the morning there is no water near the shore !!! ! Low tide!!! ! The sea goes far, so that swimming and diving is unlikely to succeed. By noon, the water returns, but it’s still shallow there, you’ll have to walk for 5-7 minutes to a decent depth. Another option is to walk along the pier and go down the stairs or dive into the depths. We knew about this in advance, so we didn’t fall into hysterics... And those who weren’t warned about it . . Well, in general, they were heard on the whole beach)))) BTW !!!!!!!!!! ! My friends rested in the same period in the Titanic (it is more expensive and is located in a completely different area of ​ ​ ​ ​ Hurghada), and so there was the same story with the sea - it left - it returned and it was just as shallow.

Separately, I want to touch on the topic of TAXI. Information for those who are going to go to the city on their own (the hotel is 18 km from the center of Hurghada). THERE - order a taxi at the hotel, you will be taken to the center and go for a walk. But BACK do not try to go with a hotel taxi. I’ll tell you what the reason is…. . When you order a taxi at the reception, the car arrives within 5-10 minutes and you drive calmly (you will be issued a receipt, payment upon return). You will be dropped off at the parking lot (for some reason they categorically do not go further than this parking lot) and you walk along the main street, go to shops and restaurants. If you agree to be picked up by the same taxi that you took from the hotel, then 1. - you will have to return to the same parking lot (and this does not always work out after the shops, as you can hardly drag your legs... or you have gone far from the parking lot and it's just not a thrill to go)... 2. At the parking lot (when you arrived), the owner of the nearest store will give out his business card, which says how to get back to the parking lot (so as not to get lost). But the funny thing is that when you finally crawled to the parking lot, exhausted by shopping, with bags in your teeth and a square head from constantly beeping cars, they tell you “we will call now and a car from the hotel will come for you”... Fuck it !! ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! They kind of call, like they say something on the phone, and they themselves ask you to go to their store - wait for the car - well, you can’t sit on the street !!! ! They begin to offer tea, and at the same time they persuade them to buy something. And they will not lag behind - until you buy at least something..... We “waited” for the car for an HOUR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! Be smart!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! We arrived, went out, walked - caught a taxi ourselves - and calmly drove to the hotel !!! ! I must say right away - the cost is the SAME - $ 5. If you stop the car and they tell you the price is higher, just catch another one - look, the first car will immediately agree to take you for YOUR price!! ! There are many taxis, even very many, there are no problems with this at all. The price is fixed, so don't waste your time!!!!

If you are complacent, then all the roughness associated with the replacement of numbers, not very good animation, etc. will simply pass by.
