I have been in the Grand Plaza Hotel 4 * this year for the 5th time. I like the hotel, it's small and compact. When I arrive there, I call in advance, I get the number I want. Food - Egyptian, what can I add....but not bad, sometimes seafood, 3-4 times in 7-8 nights, I like their soups. In Egypt, there are no drinks at all, you can only drink beer and mineral water. I will not say that this hotel has something special, it is already old, it is high time to make repairs. I'm going there, because there is a large lagoon, the neck is very wide, the water is fresh, you can feel the ebb / flow. I can rate the hotel, mainly in terms of food, at 6 out of 10, but the services that I receive will not be received by another tourist who comes to this hotel. This attitude towards me appeared when I arrived at the hotel for the 3rd time, it is comfortable and pleasant when you are recognized at the reception, in the restaurant, and in the bar year after year.
