Traveled with my husband and 15 year old son. We arrived at the hotel at about 9 am, we immediately liked the staff, everyone was very polite and hospitable. After registration (there is a Russian-speaking administrator who is ready to solve any issue - he said so right away) we were invited to breakfast, after which we were immediately settled in the room. The hotel is quite compact, so there is probably no difference where the room is located. The hotel is designed in such a way that the view from the room is mainly to the pool, and the animation takes place on the territory of the sister hotel - across the road, so there is no noise, it is very comfortable. The room is clean, without foreign smells, for the shower, except for hand-body soap in dispensers, there is shampoo and hair conditioner, body lotion in single packs. Hairdryer-kettle-TV-sockets working. Wi-Fi to our room finished off, the closer to the balcony - the more stable, but in principle I caught it in the whole room) Then it turned out that the signal on the beach was generally excellent. The water in the room was left daily when cleaning. The room has a beach bag with towels for the number of people, they are changed to clean ones as needed.
It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach on the territory of a sister hotel, the path is planted with greenery, so it is quite comfortable. You can approach the administrator at the front desk - and you will be taken to the beach in a car. The entrance to the sea is a gently sloping sandy beach, it is convenient to relax with small children, and it is comfortable to swim - further deeper. The beach is in the bay - there are no big waves, there is no need for special shoes. On the beach there is a bar with drinks and the waiter regularly passes with an offer to bring something to drink.
The pool also has a bar, and you can sit at the counter without leaving the water - there are chairs in the water. Slides work on schedule, there is a Jacuzzi. During our holiday there were few people - there were enough free sun loungers everywhere - both on the beach and near the pool.

Very good and varied cuisine, the waiters and chefs are smiling and the service is at a high level.
Dinner was sometimes in the same restaurant as breakfast and lunch, sometimes - on the street in a restaurant with a multi-level terrace, edged with openwork lanterns - very beautiful. In general, the territory of the hotel is very well-groomed and with a harmonious design, beautiful illumination in the evening.
There is animation - exercises and water aerobics on the beach, during the day there are also events, in the evening there is always a children's disco and then a show - the program changes every day, artists are invited, we went several times - always spectacular and interesting. Animators speak Russian. Judging by the homemade crowns at the children's dinner, there is also a children's mini-club, it just wasn't relevant for us)
To the left of the hotel along the promenade, about 15 minutes walk, there is a two-story Cleopatra Bazar shopping center with fixed prices, before buying something from street vendors, you should look at the prices there, something can be bought cheaper and in shops, but the order of prices is something like this, at least there will be something to point to.
