Stayed in this hotel for 11 days in October 2019 with my husband and 2 small children. Unfortunately, we trusted the reputation of the Jaz hotel chain and the TUI tour operator, but staying in this hotel is the worst thing that has happened to us in the last 10 years of travel. Many of the reviews on travel travel sites are carbon-copied to improve ratings and do not reflect the real situation of the hotel.
One of the criteria when choosing a hotel was the last renovation in 2018-2019, so the first shock occurred when checking into the room, which turned out to be dirty, dusty, without signs of repair, with old, dusty and creaking furniture, traces of dirt on the walls and even on picture that hung in the room. Bathtub with toilet in terrible condition, old tiles, cracked bathtub, unkempt old renovation with traces of brown paint on the walls. The next day, after tense negotiations with the hotel staff, along with other indignant tourists who came with us on the same day, the room was replaced with a larger room with less noticeable signs of wear, but in general this did not affect the impression of the hotel, since none of what kind of renovation IN THE ROOMS is out of the question.
The air conditioners are very noisy, it was impossible for us or the children to sleep. Since the room is hot at night, we slept with the door open, everyone was bitten by mosquitoes and the children had severe allergic reactions. It was not possible to install the mosquito fumigator in the room that we brought with us, as the sockets in our room are not correctly installed (sideways), which does not allow the fumigator to be installed in the correct position. One socket turned out to be normal, but it was located at the head of the head, which precludes the use of a fumigator for safety reasons. As a result, I had to sleep in the heat with the door closed to the street without air conditioning.

Cleaning in the room for 11 days was sweeping sand and correcting blankets. The bed for 11 days did not change at all, despite the appeal to the staff, towels were sometimes added. Beach towels can only be changed by the staff who clean the room.
In a room for 2 adults and 2 children in 35 degree heat you are entitled to 1 bottle of water 1.5 liters per day and then when they come to clean the room. You will not find bottled water on the territory of the hotel, you will have to run with glasses to a bar or fill a bottle in a restaurant, which is extremely inconvenient.
We used the pools exactly one day, since all the days we witnessed how the hotel staff cleaned the sun loungers and tiles near the pool in the morning. With a white bucket of unknown origin and purity, they simply collected water from the pool, incl. and children, and sprinkled on deck chairs and tiles, and then rubbed it all with a mop. Despite the fact that there is a vertical shower nearby, where water can be drawn directly from the tap. Not to mention that cleaning equipment must be appropriate.
The tables in the restaurant are sticky, so more than once I had to tear off the plate. Table mats, on which clean cutlery is placed on top, are sticky, with crumbs left over, sometimes simply cleaned with used napkins. It was a shock to us how unhygienic it is to put clean appliances on them. A napkin is issued for the entire meal ONE per person !! ! There are no napkins anywhere else. The clothes of the waiters and staff from the kitchen are untidy.
The big disappointment was the beach, which is located behind the fence NEAR THE CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION and the complete reconstruction of the first line of the hotel, during which equipment works and makes noise during the day, dust rises, workers walk. You also have to walk along this fence all the way to the beach, since the entire territory of the first line is fenced and closed. The sunbeds and umbrellas are old, the beach bar is mediocre.

Separately, I would like to point out the situation with food, namely with its quality. There were 4 of us and all of us had problems with the digestive tract every day for 11 days: diarrhea, stomach pain, vomiting, fever. The husband and child had severe food poisoning, both from food from the main restaurant and from the summer pizza bar. Almost from the first days we ate only rice, pure spaghetti and some mild soups, since everything else was either too spicy or unsuitable for taste. For children, especially small ones, it is very difficult to find food, since even ordinary potatoes and bananas are of disgusting quality. We didn’t drink alcohol at all, brushed our teeth only with bottled water, and didn’t even take drinks with ice. Since a visit to the doctor at the hotel costs decent money, we had to save ourselves with medicines bought at a pharmacy near the hotel.
In the hotel, the grass is treated with some kind of chemistry that the children had to breathe while playing on the playground. In addition, there were inconveniences during the evening fumigation of the territory from mosquitoes, when the stench of exhaust gases from the car that went around the territory stood for another 10 minutes.
Upon departure, given the long journey home and the presence of small children, we ordered a lunch to go with us in advance, since the departure from the hotel was at 7 am. But neither in the morning at the reception desk, nor by contacting the receptionist again before the transfer arrived for us, we never received it.
Of the positive moments, I can only name the renovation of the hotel territory, cleaning the territory itself (except for the facts described above), a gentle entrance to the sea on the beach, the good-natured attitude of the hotel staff, including animators, towards children, the location of the hotel near the tourist promenade and the opportunity to walk and visit shops and pharmacies.
