We bought a tour to Egypt (Hurghada) through Anextour (manager Daria Cherny, Kyiv, T. Shevchenko lane 18/19, office 103). We chose between several hotels, as a result, the manager highly advised us Sunny Days Resort Spa & Aquapark, said that this is an excellent hotel with all services and very good food, we agreed.
Arriving there, we were in complete shock even with the reception, which was incredibly dirty. After filling out the questionnaires, we were sent for lunch and after settling.
The restaurant in this hotel looks like a pigsty, there is absolutely nothing to eat in it. At the request of the staff to remove dirty smudges from the table or chair, they smile and leave. They throw food on a plate, but do not put it neatly, except for “salads” of randomly cut vegetables that were not seasoned with anything, we could not eat anything in a day. Everything is overcooked, dirty and not edible.

From the room we were also in complete shock, there are no towels, the floor is stone, without any rugs, a lock falls out of the door to the balcony (anyone can enter the room), the floor is stained, garbage, the bottom of the bed is smeared very heavily with something then, above the bed there are floor lamps in the web and with a huge layer of dust that falls on the head, etc. (absolutely all the photos are there).
Calling our manager right away, she said that she had written to the tour operator and to the hotel, the hotel guide should contact us and solve the problem. As a result, we got a call from the reception and changed the room, the only difference was that the room already had towels and the handle did not fall out onto the balcony, the rest of the condition was the same.
We called the manager Daria again and asked for help to radically change the room or hotel.
She said that the room might be possible, but only because of the guide, who never contacted us, and the hotel can only be changed by paying a fine to this and paying extra for a new one.

She again began to say that no one does this, you must first pay a fine, then pay extra for the second hotel, and all this can be done only because of the Anextour hotel guide (we didn’t remember his name). And if we want to fly away, then we still have to pay $ 400 for this.
In the evening, a hotel guide came to us, he all the time hinted at money for his services, we asked for help, he promised to provide some option in the morning (as a result, he offered us absolutely nothing, only asked how our mood was).
In the evening, Daria continued to tell us that we need to let go of the situation and enjoy the sea.
During the night we found tickets ourselves, we bought 2 tickets for 100€, not $400, as Daria said. Then we somehow literally forced this guide and the people from the reception to call us a taxi to the airport (they spoke well and left smiling in different directions, so we waited 30 minutes). And after that we flew away from there.

To say that we had a bad impression of this trip with Anextour is an understatement. In addition to the fact that they took money from us and did not provide the promised service for them, they also extorted money at every step. Initially, we paid 2.000 UAH for this tour.
