The hotel area is good, the beaches are full in neighboring hotels, while this hotel has a lagoon, I liked the cabanas.

Before that, I was in a four-star hotel, and it is several times better in everything. More in Sunrise, I didn’t like it very much, and I also paid a lot for it and such an unpleasant aftertaste. Those who write that the hotel is gorgeous probably have not been cheaper in other places and with a level several times higher.

The furniture is not new, but in good condition.

For breakfast they usually took omelets, pastries, cereals, and in general there were daily milk porridges, yogurts, cheese and sausage (unusual, did not like). For lunch, two types of soup, various side dishes, salads, many delights (Egyptian national delicacies). Dinner was a favorite meal, as the choice was much wider, sweets and snacks more than for lunch and breakfast combined)). The hotel also has four a la carte restaurants: Egyptian, Indian, Mediterranean and seafood (this is paid, you can go to the neighbors a la carte, but also paid, we did not go, and so walk in all three hotels, Great for variety). We liked the Mediterranean the most, it was delicious. You need to sign up in advance. There are no complaints about the staff, everyone is quite polite and smiling.
The animators are very cheerful and not intrusive, they charged everyone with positive energy, daytime activities, evening programs, live music.

The furniture is old, the bed is in a roll, bath towels with a hole. We went with a child of 1.3 years old, I was very worried because the sockets along the wall fell off, they were not closed to us.

After requests, on the 5th day, we were moved to the left wing, number 111, in this wing the rooms are newer, it is clear that the repair was nooooo comrades the same bed in a spool, the blanket did not fit the duvet cover, the door to the bathroom creaked so much that the neighbors probably heard. the minus of this wing is that the door is next to the church and probably the dates were so close - that the prayer was at 3 a. m. and in the morning and in the evening and it was heard, well, sooooo, especially at 3 a. m. )

At 10 am we could not stand it and asked for a changing room. They opened the luggage closet for us at the entrance for 5 minutes, and we dragged our suitcase there and changed in stuffy and dark.
Imagine our shock when, at the exit from the closet, we are told that your room is ready, you can go there ...We don’t even know what to assume: either they have cameras in the closet))), or the staff just likes to torture the guests a bit. It is a pity that the hotel showed such a pattern of the wrong approach to guests. Food can be even better, if on a 10-point scale, then on nutrition - 6. I took it at the peak of the holidays, when there was a price increase, then it is not worth the money. We liked the territory, everything is clean and tidy, you can walk around the neighboring hotels, there are warm pools, many green areas, a large playground, not bad in short. The food is also up to the mark. There has always been a choice. When something runs out, they replenish quickly. There are a lot of different dishes from meat and poultry, the fish is delicious, I really liked the desserts in the evening, it’s simply not possible to stay hungry here. The animation doesn't work well. We constantly ran volleyball and played games in the pool. In the evening, various entertainment programs are held, both on their own and by invited artists. . The contingent of vacationers was mainly Western Europeans, there were not many of us, a few Russians, Ukrainians and Kazakhs. So I definitely recommend the hotel for a holiday, the staff here is not bad, I think that after a while we can still return here.
