General impression: the Titanic Palace hotel is good, for families, 4+. Before the trip, I read unflattering reviews, but the children chose this particular hotel and we went. Rested 7 days from February 9.2015. We landed at 8 am. At the airport, there are signs everywhere with an inscription about the cost of a visa of $ 25. Those meeting from the tour operator, issuing entry cards, issued a visa for $ 27. Therefore, you need to pay attention to the window of a banking institution and buy a visa at cost before meeting with the tour operator. Then everything is as usual: a bus, a guide's story, transportation of fellow travelers to hotels. We arrived at the hotel at about 10, gave bracelets immediately and said that check-in was after 13, but you can use the entire infrastructure. The weather was great, we went to the beach, sat at the bar, looked at the territory, had lunch. We arrived at the reception at 12-30, they told us that the room was ready and we settled into a good room without any additional payment. By the way, the smartest people tried to move in earlier for money, but they were refused, and they settled at the same time as everyone else. The room was not bad: standard, on the 3rd floor, with a balcony, safe, TV (2 Ukrainian, 4 Russian, 1 Belarusian channels), 2 single beds and a sofa for a child, a view from the balcony to the sea and the water park. Only later did we notice that the room was missing one painting (the fastenings were visible), the second pillows on the sofa and a crack in the washbasin, the balcony handle did not always work. We told our tour operator everything that there would be no claims against us during the eviction, and we were offered to change the room without additional payments, which we refused. The room was cleaned and the bed changed daily, well, they put presents - chocolates. We had a late check-out: for this reason, we handed over the room until 12 and used the infrastructure until departure (17-00).
The hotel has 2 main restaurants and 6 a la carte restaurants, 2 of which, of your choice, can be visited for free. We chose Mongolian and Japanese, the menu was unknown. Mongolian disappointed us: it turns out that after the waiter’s words “come on, come on, ” you had to go to the table and pick up the ingredients you like in a bowl, then you give them somewhere, you get a number, and after a while they bring you fried ingredients with rice. Therefore, when choosing ingredients, do not mix fish, meat, shrimp and candied fruits !!! ! But the Japanese pleased and surprised: at the same table for cooking, the cook will prepare tampanyaki for you. This is such a performance and very tasty too. The main restaurants have a variety of food. In the morning and rice pudding (milk), milk vermicelli, mashed potatoes, sausages, sausage, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurts, dry breakfasts, eggs in any form, tea, coffee, water, juices, buns. For lunch and dinner there is always a grill of several dishes (fish, meat, liver, lalekebab, crabs, shrimp, chicken), 3-4 side dishes, 2 types of soup, salads, vegetables. From fruits, however, only apples, oranges and tangerines. They gave dates, bananas, you could find melon and try strawberries. Always a variety of delicious pastries, cakes. Ice cream in the evening. Drinks, coffee, etc. in the bars, fast food on the beach and by the pool. Dishes were sufficient and clean. Everyone forms his own diet, you can find everything.
Now the sea... The beach is sandy, cleaned daily. Lots of sun loungers, mattresses and umbrellas. Towels are free. The beach is large, the sea at the entrance is knee-deep and so is 500 meters. The sea in this place warms up quite well and people either roam, or hatch like seals. But... for normal swimming, a pier was built of concrete on which you can either walk on a free minibus, watch fish, sunbathe on sun loungers, dive from the pier, or go into the water along the steps. Pierce saves a lot in windy weather: jumped and swam, and try to go into the water. Out of 7 days, 4 of us were normal-warm, and the rest were warm but with a cold wind, and the sea was stable + 24 C. Therefore, on a windy day, I went jumped from the pier, bought and sunbathed to the pools or on the slides (there are 8 of them) .

The territory is large joint with the territory of Titanic Beach, there is where to walk. Football, volleyball, etc. can be read on websites. Recommend minigolf and fitness center, cool, free. By the way, everyone is given one massage visit for free. There is a hammam, sauna, spa ($). In the evening there is a small dance floor, karaoke, evening club. For money, there is billiards, buoling, board games (see sites). Wi-Fi is only paid.
And that according to a 5 point system: food 5, service 4-, accommodation 4+, entertainment 5, territory 5, beach 5. Yes, the hotel is not new, there are shortcomings, there is rudeness of the staff, it has not been cleaned somewhere. But… The vacationers themselves are pigs: they take food to the room and put the plates right outside the threshold, although there are special racks, they shake off the ashes on the carpets, they knock on the doors of the cubicles in the toilets, etc. Come to relax, not to look for flaws.
