Went with my daughter, she is 11 years old. We went at the end of November 2016.
Check in was quick, we were given a room. The room was large and spacious, the room was clean. There was a safe, TV and mini bar. Cleaned every day and drinking water was also constantly brought.
The area is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The territory consists of the combined 2 hotels Beach and Palace. Lots of pools. The territory of the water park and the beach is shared.
Lots of pools, always enough free sunbeds. Loved the water park! Good slides and there were no queues.
The food is good, there is something to choose from and something. We didn't go hungry, but there wasn't much variety. There are also no queues.
Bars are open throughout the day, I liked the bar that is near the beach more. I don’t drink alcohol, but I got acquainted with the guys there, they said that alcohol is terrible, it’s better not to take it.

We didn't like the beach. The sea is very shallow, you can not swim. But you can dive with a mask, look at beautiful fish, you just have to walk 300 meters along the pier. On the pier there are sun loungers with mattresses - you can swim and sunbathe - as you like.
The sea was not enough for us, so we decided to take excursions to Paradise Island, we liked it so much that we also took Utopia Island to the island, so we swam enough there. We took it from local agencies, the prices are cheaper there and the excursions themselves are very well organized.
The hotel also has animation, not very funny, of course, I can’t say that the guys are trying. For the kids there is a heated pool, it is very clean, it is pleasant to swim in it.
In the evening, a mini disco for children, then an adult. An adult disco is fun, but after a few days it gets boring, because it's the same thing.
The hotel does not have free wi-fi, but we did not need it. So you keep in mind, either buy a SIM card, or pay for the Internet at the hotel. I do not know the prices, I was not interested.
The hotel itself is not as bad as they say. But the big minus is the sea, it’s really not enough, you can’t enjoy it. So look for the sea in other places.
