Spoiled vacation. The price does not match the quality. I do not advise anyone!

Hello! We flew to this hotel from 09/01/14 to 06/15/14 with four of us, my husband and two children 7 and 10 years old. This is not the first time in Egypt and we chose the Beach Albatros hotel because it had a good rating. And he was also advised to us in the tour company. Booked 2 double rooms connected by a door. At the reception, they announced to us that since there is no inscription on the voucher, they can simply provide us with two rooms next to each other. Since we have 2 small children, this did not suit us. They offered to pay extra $140 for a duplex bungalow. So we did.
At first everything went well. Beautiful view from the room, quiet evening gatherings on the terrace. Nothing foreshadowed, but a few days later we noticed a construction site that had begun not far from our room. Thinking that she was far away, they continued to enjoy a calm and serene rest. How wrong we were when one day we had to contemplate the construction right in front of our terrace. Arab workers from 7 am to 12 am loaded something, carried on carts, unloaded sand, brought tiles. As it turned out later, at the peak of the tourist season, the hotel began another reconstruction and renewal of the territory. And not only near the bungalow, but also on the beach. Not only is the beach so small for this hotel and the number of vacationers that there were simply not enough sunbeds for everything. People got up at 6 am to take a seat on the beach. I saw this for the first time! For those who were not lucky, there was just a place under the sun on the sand, as in our south a la Gelendzhik or Anapa. Paths have also been laid on the beach, and it is not clear why.
About nutrition. There was nothing to eat for the first few days. The standard set - rice, boiled vegetables, potatoes, pasta, sliced vegetables is clearly not the first freshness. To tear off a piece of fried meat or fish, you had to stand in long queues. The food was not tasty. In the end, the eyes were no longer looking at anything. Powdered juices, diluted, pepsi, cola, sprite. There was nothing to drink for the children. The usefulness of this food could be forgotten.

About animation. She just wasn't there. Rather, it was in the form of included music in the evenings. Well at least in the mornings sometimes there was a charge near the pool. In the evening they did not work with children.
Gorki. A good children's town with slides and two high slides for adults, that's all the fun.
Nothing to do with Russians. The staff simply does not notice them, while everyone runs only around the Germans.
The only thing that pleased was the sea and the sun. But this is not the merit of this hotel!
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and we ourselves are not going there again!
