We have traveled all over the world, so there is something to compare with. The hotel is good, what you pay is what you get. Rooms are free and spacious. We were in a room with my husband and our daughter (extra bed). The room was cleaned every day, they gave the Arab a couple of euros, so in general everything was arranged in rows (our lotions and creams). In general, they constantly clean everything there, constantly at work, so that everything shines. So what about hygiene in the hotel everything is OK! Only! Do not drink water from the tap, there are bottles of water in the refrigerators for drinking. We even brushed her teeth (just in case).
Animation super! The guys are doing their best. Both during the day and in the evenings there is something to have fun.

It's true that sunbeds on the beach need to be borrowed early. My husband and I got up in turn at 6-7 in the morning and put towels, then returned to the room to sleep further. In general, I don’t see anything terrible in this: to see the sunrise of the African sun is an unforgettable sight !!! ! And, in the end, you can sleep further on the beach, the breeze in the morning is very pleasant!
The hotel area is very beautiful. Everything is neat. The sea is great! You can admire corals and tropical fish simply from the beach, or by walking along the pier along the hotel. The beauty is extraordinary! The sea was +28, the waves were small, the water was clear at any depth!
The staff is attentive, polite.
About excursions. We only went to Cairo, to see the pyramids and so on. It's very hot there. The bus ride takes 7 hours there and the same back. Cost from $55 (depending on tour operators). But we flew by plane: $ 220 per person (transfer from the hotel, flight to Cairo, personal guide on an air-conditioned bus, 2 meals at 5 * restaurants, flight to Hurghada and transfer to the hotel). 50 minutes to fly! Departure at 9 am, fly back at 23-00. You will see much more than on a bus flight + you will not get tired. I advise you to find Ibrahim (Hurghada) on the Internet, everything is cheaper with him. There was one family with us on the bus who bought the same tour for $255 per person. from your tour operator). The question is: why pay more?
About hotel guests. There are many Germans, Russians, Dutch (I consider myself a Komi) and. . . nasty families of Arabs resting there with their slaves. On our floor lived one such family who beat their slaves (one of whom was a girl of 12-13 years old - the same age as our daughter), so that these events spoiled the vacation a little: it was disgusting to see this and the intercession of hotel guests for these poor children, in my opinion, it only embittered these freaks... Sorry.
The hotel is very suitable for families with children: animation during the day, swimming pools, food, security - everything is suitable for this.
