I was with my husband and two children (6 years old) from October 03.2010 to October 15.2010. In Egypt, we went to Turkey for the first time before. Let's start listing what I didn’t like: 1) the sea: dirty, garbage is floating everywhere (bags, glasses, oil film, etc. , etc. ). At the same time, there are nets for catching it, but no one is doing this. By the way, the sea is dirty not only in this hotel, we went on excursions from two more hotels, one of which was Sinbad, there was also garbage floating there. We took an excursion on a submarine, when they began to descend, there were exclamations of admiration: jellyfish, jellyfish! In general, a baaalshoy package floated by))). 2) next, service at the hotel. On day 5, they noticed that no one was going to change towels and bed linen. The children came with felt-tip pens, so it was not difficult to notice. I went to the manager and explained
he apologized for a long time, was indignant and said that everything changes every day. The next day the towels were changed, the linen was not. She went again, again the same picture with apologies and indignation. The next day they came to the room - the linen was changed, they forgot to hang towels))). I went again... In the evening they brought towels. The next day, a crocodile was laid out on the bed with unchanged linen from unchanged towels))). In general, they spat, because they came to rest... Oh, yes, they also asked for soap for two days. At the same time, tips were left daily. 3) well, the Egyptians are generally a separate conversation - the gypsies are resting, it seems that they are competing to see who puts the most shoes on the tourist... It started with a demand for money for a room with a sea view (although almost all rooms are like that there) and ended with a taxi driver changing money with 50 pounds for 50 piastres and could not do anything. Only towards the end of the trip did they learn how to deal with this offspring. 4) Well, now my favorite topic is Teztour.
We went from this operator, as we believed that we should go to Egypt from a reliable tour operator. They made a mistake… They met us normally and then we had to not come close to them, and we took several excursions from them… The first excursion was a walk in the oriental way. First they took us to the "paradise island", where there was nowhere to step, everywhere there was a crowd of people like us. Then they took it to the reefs: they threw it in the depths, where to swim, what to look at, they didn’t explain anything, in general, we sailed without seeing anything. By the way, people who took such an excursion on the street three times cheaper were first explained where to swim and one escort swam in front, and the other closed the group. Even on this excursion, my husband injured his toe, they thought he broke it. They asked the escort what to do, advised him to come to the hotel, contact the insurance company. The representative of Teztour at the hotel advised the same, only asked to say,

that the injury was received at the hotel... At the same time, at every opportunity, they say that they are responsible for the tourists on their excursions and are not responsible for others. So, what is the responsibility? We arrived from the tour not only with an injury, but also with zero impressions. The second trip was to the water park. As it turned out, without delivery back and forth, they simply stupidly took money from us ($ 35 for an adult, $ 15 for a child), and we stupidly gave it back))) We could just as well come to the water park, take tickets there twice cheaper ( 10-15$). Representatives of the water park, by the way, went to hotels and for this money provided the delivery of tourists to and from the water park. And again, the child got hurt, and the representative of our most “reliable” tour operator from whom we bought the tour simply wasn’t there... It’s good that there was a man who sealed the cheesecakes, at the same time glued people, helped))).
By the way, I really liked the water park itself (Jungle water park from the Albatross series). And the last excursion (10.1 night) from Teztour just finished us off, we were simply forgotten there))). We agreed with the guide accompanying us that we would meet at the exit at 23.00, we left in 5 minutes, but our bus was gone. After all, it was so difficult to remember us, as many as 4 people, while, I emphasize, two children were simply forgotten...
Moreover, to the plus of the hotel I will say that I have never suffered from indigestion. The food, though not varied, but the children and we found something to eat.
In general, thanks to such a vacation, I really wanted to go home and, moreover, to work))). The goal was achieved, at least a slightly different type of recreation))).
