There are many reviews, but my review is specifically about REST IN QUARANTINE! After reading a lot of negative ones, I decided to leave my own, more detailed one.

First of all, I'll start with the departure and the tour operator. The departure was at 11:00, Borispol airport (Kyiv). We arrived 1'5 hours before departure. All controls passed in 5 minutes, there were no queues, they didn’t take water (they brought 4 bottles of 0.5 each), we went to the air bridge and waited for boarding. Anex Tour flew, Boeing 767 aircraft (which has almost 40 rows of 8 seats each). Takeoff and landing are soft, people applauded. The plane was packed to capacity, although quarantine, but not about that ...

The flight took 3:30 hours and at 14:30 we arrived in Hurghada. Masks only on the plane, further at your discretion. Upon arrival, everything is as usual, checking passports and tests, buying a Visa, filling out forms, 10 minutes and we already receive luggage, which is treated with a liquid (I think a sanitizer, not soap) from a spray bottle. We bought cards for phones, got on the bus and drove off.
As it turned out, absolutely the entire bus went exactly to the Beach Albatros Resort - still, at such a price (2.000 for three, later dropped to 17) it’s surprising that it’s not two, but this is the first time that it’s full and in one hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at 15:30. They took away our passports, advised us to go to eat while they fill in the data and select numbers for 40 minutes. After lunch, at 16:30, we went to the reception, and after another 10 minutes we were given room 7311, this is a Family room in the “new” small building, but at the entrance to the hotel, i. e. Albatros Garden. A little scandal and we are given a 2 + 1 standard at the Beach Albatros Resort, where we actually arrived. At the reception they said that there are no more rooms in the main building! In principle, it’s not far to go, as anyone likes, but there was no desire to walk daily through the entire territory of the hotel. Therefore, IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, DON'T BE AFRAID BY PICKING UP A LITTLE TONE, SHOW PERSISTENCE!! ! Many were settled there, but since we were in the hotel for the 6th time in general, we knew what was what. At 17:00 we were given a room, we quickly changed and went to the sea.
The pools close at 18:00, as does the Sea. The first dinner at the hotel was amazing. In the 3 years we have been here, a lot has changed. In the Restaurants, as before, it’s clean, tidy, there are appliances, you don’t need to look, the waiters try very hard, like bees, and clean the dirty dishes right “from under the nose”, for some it’s a plus, for some it’s a minus. Rarely, but still, there is a problem with the tables, but this is if you come at rush hour. It is better to come to the restaurant in the first 40 minutes and the last hour. The food will be and the tables will be more free.
The kids club that runs 2 times a day is great.

There is a new pool. It didn't exist 2 years ago. Smooth entry! From 2 years old to an adult, a children's area, three Jacuzzi zones, pure water and an always vigilant lifeguard.
The next day, after arrival, there was a meeting with the Anex Tour guide at 8:45. We came to the meeting at 9:15, in the hope that this would save us from painfully long stories and “pushing in” excursions, but that was not the case.
He talked for another 40 minutes, we could not stand it and left, but he still did not finish. As a result, we came at 11 to the reception where the guides were going, gave the voucher and left. In fact, just for this, a meeting with the guide is needed, so if you are not eating for the first time, you can come after the meeting and give the voucher. Meetings are held in a cool room, so if you are after the sea / pool, you need to dry out very well, otherwise you will freeze or catch a cold (thu-thu-thu). The main number of vacationers, 90% I think, were Ukrainians. It was fun. This is the first year such, previously the main number were Europeans (Germany, Denmark). The workers said that this is due to quarantine in Europe, people almost do not fly here.
The territory of the hotel is green, there is a "water park" 2 slides, a children's area with slides and other water activities, a children's club, about 10 pools of various sizes, a smooth entry into the sea from the main beach (spec.
shoes are not needed), the sea is clean, 3 lifeguards and a lot of life buoys (30 pieces for sure) on the territory of the sea (tired, rested and swam further), on the left is a “wild beach” with a wonderful entry, on the right you can dive and see corals / fish, during the day there are bars and 2 snack bars, there is a volleyball court, a mini football field, 2 tennis courts, mini golf, a mini gym.
The only plus in the hotel is the animation. Special thanks to the animator Kristina, who became a friend for every child.
Now for the cons:
- Removed the children's menu!

- on the last day of rest, ice cream for children was removed AT ALL. According to the worker, "the owner's sister" said to remove it. Previously, there were 2 locations with ice cream, this year there is one, and upon departure they were completely removed.
- a small variety in food, more precisely in meat. Previously, there were several versions of each type of meat. Now "anyhow" one at a time is enough.
- if you get up and go to lunch, your sun loungers can be occupied by locals! They will remove your towels and put their own (it happened to us)
- removed orange Fresh in the morning! Now it won't be. You will find semi-ripe oranges on the layouts. Or drink "juice" (powder with water).
May is watermelon season! They are not in the hotel! Previously distributed daily.
- on the beach, vacationers put towels on the sand and lie down. Rescuers no longer monitor these. Previously, they immediately ran and asked to be removed. It was forbidden.
- for regular tourists they made a "dinner party". This time the hotel decided not to invite. Having learned in more detail, it turns out that they gathered only Europeans, they are few, but they are. (
- there is no normal show program. Previously there were: fakir, fire show, disco, foam party on the beach. Well done animators, they try and pull with all their might, but on some animators the hotel will not leave for a long time, again saving on tourists.
- the reception is trying to settle you in the albatross garden. Don't even think about doing it!!!
which tour operators do, the hotel is not bad, you can close your eyes to something.
Will I recommend this hotel to my friends? NOT ANYMORE!! ! I WON'T COME HERE AGAIN. THE HOTEL IS DISAPPOINTED!
