I'll start with the tour operator: we flew with the S7 tour, which transfers its rights upon arrival to the meeting side of the ALS-tour. There were no problems with the tour package, flight and meeting. Brought and settled. We didn't really care about the number. A room is like a number: they are the same everywhere, but as for the view from the window, we don’t care what it is there (especially after India). They came to the room only to spend the night, and not to look out the window.
The hotel itself is large, as is the area. It consists of two buildings: new and old and a bungalow. We lived in a new one, but I did not find any special differences. The territory is large green, with swimming pools. The entrance to the sea is gentle without cliffs, there are no carals. Or rather, they are, but you have to swim to them (and if someone who was in Sharm will say that there are no corals there. ) During the season, there may not be enough sun loungers at the sea and by the pool - take them in the morning.

Meals: varied, given a lot of vegetables, herbs, meat, beef and chicken every day. But on the 8th day it gets boring. Pastries, as always in Egypt, are very tasty.
Animation: very good. Consists of Russians and Egyptians. The Egyptians understand Russian well and speak it too. In general, they did not let me get bored. Very pleased with the children's animation. You can save the children to the animators and forget about them for the whole day.
City: The hotel is located in the heart of the new Hurghada. You get out of it and you are practically in the center of life. A bunch of shops, where you are called. For those who go to Egypt for the FIRST TIME: do not carry money in your pockets when you go shopping, especially when you are invited to shops that are not located on the main street. They won't kill you, but they can take everything out of your pockets. And never agree to wrap the product in a newspaper, they will definitely wrap it, something is not right and you won’t even notice it. And so look for (everyone has everything the same, only at a different price), bargain, do not agree, move on. Who seeks will always find.
Currency: it is better to bargain in Egyptian pounds or, as they call them, pounds. Sometimes clarify this, because they can charge in pounds, but in English. Why is it better in pounds. 1$=5.47 pounds in shops they are traded 1$=5.00 pounds. Therefore, pounds, especially with expensive purchases. You can exchange them in exchangers, they have a lot of exchange rates in all different - look for the most profitable one.
Excursions: I bought them from a tour operator, I don’t risk it on the street - this is not Turkey. (But this is my personal opinion - it's up to you. ) They also offer excursions from the hotel - it's safer than on the street. But it's up to you, but my recommendation in Egypt is to buy from a tour operator.
In general, according to a 5-point system: hotel 4+, territory 4+, pools 4, animation 5, food 4, sea 5.
