ПРАВДИВЫЙ ОТЗЫВ TRUE FEEDBACK

The hotel stands on the main street of Hurghada. Popular with Russians. Consists of 2 parts, old and new. At the time of our arrival there, in one of the buildings in the old seagal, repairs were underway, drilling be healthy! However, it was quiet at night. We went to eat in a new seagal, there weren’t enough places for everyone, they laid tables on the streets, I note that a strong wind blew in the evening, and at the end of April it was quite cool - we went in jackets. Then they began to lay exactly the same street tables, but on the territory of the old seagal right under the repair building and so that we would not hear how they were drilling, we had live music for dinner. About food: Not bad!! ! A huge number of fruits for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bananas, oranges, tangerines, guava, physalis, dates, grapefruit, green and red apples, watermelon, peaches and apricots!! ! Super! Potatoes in any form, even mashed potatoes for dinner, vegetables, beef meat, jackets and chickens, chickens did it in different ways, but it was always delicious. Fish all the time, and once there was turkey. I didn’t try the soups, but they were, sweets, as always, in huge quantities,... as well as bakery products.
Water: - a separate issue. Drinking water must be taken in the dining room at any time, they give 1-2 bottles per person. The water is sealed, BUT spoiled water came across, out of 4 bottles 1 bottle is good. Apparently keeping it in the sun and water fermenting! Smell of light alcohol and tastes terrible. Be on the lookout!
Check-in: As soon as we arrived at the hotel at the reception, I gave (specially carried) a chocolate bar Alyonka, they gave a not bad number, but our window didn’t look out to the sea - to the pool (about them later). Cozy, everything worked. True, I read the description when I was going to this hotel, it was indicated that in the rooms there was a bar with a filling - there was no just an empty working refrigerator. There is no safe in the room, it is at the reception for a fee, we used a suitcase with a lock - nothing was missing.

Beach and sea: The hotel has 2 beaches, a lagoon and an open entrance to the sea. The lagoon was warmer. There were always enough sun loungers, although the hotel was full. You can always find a comfortable place for yourself. The sea at the end of April is cool + windy. Being in the sea you get used to its coolness, but it's cold to go out. There were days when they didn’t swim at all, they froze on sunbeds. Sand imported from the desert, rough and not pleasant both on the beach itself and in the water. Umbrellas are available in bulk. NO FISH AND CARAL!! ! But there were jellyfish, purple from small to large do not sting. Relaxing music plays on the beach.
Animation Entertainment That's what particularly pleased in this hotel is the animation, a very strong team of 10 people worked for us. Among them are 3 Russian girls. At 10 am, as in a pioneer camp, the bugle rang out throughout the hotel, meaning that a new day was beginning. As if on cue, animators appeared everywhere! Invited to do morning exercises, yoga, darts, water aerobics (in the lagoon in the sea). Hotel dance, bocha, general photo of vacationers and much more. Belly dance, latin, children's animation and at 10 pm an animation show that the animators themselves showed for us, it's something! The guys are just great, costumed shows of parodies of singers, the farewell show of Michael Jackson was especially pleased, the guys managed to convey a delightful atmosphere like at Michael's concert, FELLOW GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disco: After the animation, everyone is invited to the disco, it takes place indoors - a very cozy nightclub. The music is great, the animators danced with us, staged dance battles, in general, super! Alcohol in the bar is paid.
Revolving restaurant: I happened to go to this restaurant, what can I say . . liked it! It really spins, makes a complete revolution in an hour. For dinner we were offered a fish and meat menu. Served 4 dishes. Soup, salad, main course and dessert. During dinner we were entertained with oriental dances. Entry per person is $13. Alcohol is paid.

Hotel infrastructure: The hotel has 2 playgrounds equipped with swings and small roundabouts. The hotel has a zoo where you can admire pigeons, parrots, bustards, rabbits, ducklings, flamingos and monkeys))) Wonderful, I almost got my finger torn off))) It's a joke! Bushes, palm trees, flowers are all in abundance, they are all looked after, constantly cut and irrigated. Photos, I assure you, will be what you need! The hotel has 2 large swimming pools, on the territory of the old and new seagal. But very deep! The sun beds are newer than on the beach, umbrellas and bars for all inclusive are open until sunset. In the bar, which is located on the beach near the lagoon at 11.00, the second breakfast starts - they gave pasta, potatoes, local sausages or a jacket. And, of course, ice cream. Banana, mango, chocolate and some others I haven't tried yet =)
Water park: Yes. Indeed, it is there and even works, for adults there are only 3 slides. It is wide open with a small springboard and 2 twisted ones - open and closed, I didn’t ride a coward =))
Housekeeping: After the first night, swans were twisted to us, but then how much we tip did not leave us anything and did not twist. Cleaned normally, linen changed. And lo and behold, they read these very signs (do not disturb) If we hung it up to us, no one broke.
MINUSES!
Of course, they are different for everyone, but that's what I didn't like.
1. A large hotel, an abundance of compatriots.
2. Noise repair.
3. Cold deep pools
4. Spoiled bottled water often came across.
5. Garbage blown by the wind into the lagoon (cleaned, of course, but not often)
6. Evening smells of the sewer (sometimes right up to vomiting)
7. Mosquitoes and flies (since May 1st, they started to poison them with smoke, only after many complaints appeared)
8. Ham Bedouin, who leads a camel around the hotel to ride and take pictures (he got into the frame from far away, ran in and started demanding 2 dollars from me, shouting obscenities in Russian! After a complaint at the reception, they apologized for him, and he was probably not there , before our departure, punished)
9. Yacht parking near the lagoon, not infrequently there was a film of motor oil on the sea and because of this they were not allowed into the sea until they cleaned it!

3. There were always enough sunbeds (it is forbidden to occupy them from early morning in this hotel, there are signs and warnings about this everywhere, such a show played out before our eyes, the elderly husband and wife occupied the first line of the beach at 6 in the morning and left to inspect their dreams, they came at 9 in the morning, and other people are lying on the sunbeds, they ask how it is, the guys answer that they came at 8 o’clock and there was nothing busy here, they laid out their towels and lie in. In general, as it turned out later that this was a banal struggle of workers ( and therefore the owner) against occupying sun loungers, Towels are collected by the workers themselves, if they see that vacationers are heading to fill up in the early morning! Bravo!! ! And this couple then had to pay $ 80 for 2 lost towels. (HERE OF COURSE OUR OPINIONS MAY DIFFER, BUT I FOR WHAT WOULD NOT TAKE LOUNGES).

9 Efficiency of rescuers (before our eyes, a little boy fell into the pool, jumped out of the circle, we did not have time to blink an eye, as the lifeguard pulled him out, from where he appeared to us remained a mystery. )
10. For diving enthusiasts, training is carried out in the pool, I don’t know how much it costs, but even watching this process is interesting.
Conclusion: The hotel is not bad, but I will not return to it.
