Good afternoon. I rested with friends at the Sea Gull Beach Resort 4 * on an all-inclusive basis. There were 4 adults and 1 child. I liked everything very much. Next time I will go there again.
And so an easy digression:
The hotel grounds are spacious, well maintained, very beautiful. The hotel is located on the first line. Visually, the territory of the hotel can be divided into two zones: the first - with heated pools and slides. The second is a little further away, an open beach, a lagoon, the sea. On the beach, free towels are issued on cards. The beach and sea are clean. In two zones there are bars with booze, ice cream, snacks (everything is free if you have an all inclusive), there are also 2 showers. There are enough sunbeds with umbrellas. On the territory you can meet walking flamingos, cats and camels, there is a mini-zoo with parrots and canaries. There is a children's house where you can leave your child with other children. And while they are playing, you can soak up the warm sun. There is a playground.

We lived in the old building, our room was very good with a balcony. View of the pools and water park. Everything in the room worked properly, cleaned on time, linen changed every day. Often we were given surprises from towels. At the same time, tea was left only once. Someone writes that the furniture is not new. Yes, it is not new, but in good condition. We come to the sea, and not to sit in the room, so there is no need to pay attention to the condition of the furniture! In the room we had 2 single beds, we immediately connected them together. There is no safe in the room, there is a refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, etc.
The food is varied. For breakfast (from 8 to 10 am): a variety of pastries (including oriental sweets), cereals and dairy dishes, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit salads, fruits (tangerines, grapefruits, dates, oranges, bananas, etc. ). Sausages and cereals - not very good, everything else is ok. For lunch and dinner: a meat dish (beef, pork), fish, there were rice dishes, potatoes, pasta, chicken, vegetable dishes, salads. In general, the food was pleasant, with the exception of alcohol. Tried rum with cola, not really. But since we had taken a lot of things with us, this did not upset us too much. There is also a duty free service near the hotel. You can buy everything there if you want. During breakfast, lunch and dinner - each is given one bottle of water (0.5 liters). We took it with us to the room.
The staff is very polite, well trained. Animation is just super, laid out at 100%. For adults there were: aqua aerobics, gymnastics, volleyball, belly dance and Latino dances. In the evenings - evening performances and a beach disco.
For excursions. Were in Luxor, on a sightseeing tour of Hurghada and in the "Merry Journey". I liked everything very much. We bought all excursions from our guide. Prices: Luxor - $100, Hurghada - $0 (free of charge), Fun Journey - $70. The trip to Luxor is very interesting, but hard. We were taken from the hotel early in the morning (at 5 am) and brought only at 10 pm. The "Fun Journey" includes: snorkeling on coral reefs, fishing, "Paradise Island", an entertainment program in the form of belly dancing and magic tricks, lunch + drinks. The journey lasts approximately 5 hours. It is better to take with you - a towel, a mask with a tube, sunglasses. The sea, corals, fish - super. I didn’t want to get out of the water at all, the fabulous underwater world is fascinating. Swim carefully, because there are a lot of predatory fish in the sea, such as a stone fish masquerading as a coral (it is almost impossible to recognize it from a coral, if you touch it, then you will die), lionfish, stingrays, hedgehogs (if you step on a hedgehog) - the needles will get out of you with hot oil). There is one rule: do not touch anyone and then no one will touch you either! )))

As for the city itself, Hurghada is a very hospitable city and the people are always smiling and very polite to everyone. A few tips when entering the city: 1. If you are told that you can't take pictures or shoot videos, then you can't do it. Otherwise, either a fine or your camera can be smashed to smithereens. 2. If you don't want to buy anything on the street, don't talk to the vendors - just smile at them and walk past. 3. If you are going to buy something, be sure to bargain. Because initially they make the price too high.
The Sea Gull Beach Resort 4 * hotel has a very good location, in the very center, on Sheraton Road. Nearby there are a lot of cafes, souvenir shops, shops, restaurants. I advise everyone to the Joker fish restaurant and take a walk to the Marina (This is a kind of corner of Europe in Hurghada, there are many restaurants, oriental cafes, there is an Irish pub. Sitting with friends over a hookah in a cafe overlooking snow-white ships is a pleasure). All establishments have a menu in Russian, the waiters all speak clearly, in broken Russian.
It is best to take dollars on a trip, and in Hurghada change some of the money into pounds. You can pay with dollars everywhere, pounds are most suitable for tips and payment in souvenir shops. There is a good exchange. I don't remember exactly what it's called. Like Fantasy. We changed money there.
Everywhere you can find flaws, but the most important thing is how you tune in to your vacation! If there is a good mood, then there will be a good rest!
I advise everyone to visit this hotel! Have a nice holiday everyone!
