Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel from January 19 to January 29.2013.
The trip from the airport to the hotel took 15 minutes. At the reception of the main building, they asked us to check into New Sea Gull, which was done without money, although we had to wait a bit (40 minutes, but this is quite normal, since we arrived at 11:20, and check-in at the hotel takes place at 14:00). The bracelets were hung up immediately.
Number. We liked the room, small but cozy (2nd floor, No. 5131), the balcony overlooked the courtyard. 2 single beds had to be moved, the room has a refrigerator (without a freezer), a TV, a closet with an electronic safe where we kept all documents, money and equipment, a small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom had a walk in shower but the shower itself was fixed which was somewhat inconvenient. Fan worked well. From the bathroom accessories there was soap, liquid soap, a cap, there was no shampoo. There were 4 outlets in the room. On the balcony there are 2 plastic chairs and a small table.
The floors are very cold both in the room itself and in the bathroom, it is better to take some warm soft slippers. The furniture was shabby but in good condition except for the bathroom doorknob which was loose and dangling.
Restaurant. They ate only in our building.
Breakfast: there were no meat dishes for breakfast, except for sausages of the worst quality. Every day they cooked scrambled eggs and fried pancakes with various additives. There were also various yoghurts, muesli, fruit mixtures, several types of jams and honey, a wide variety of vegetables both stewed and fresh, various sweets, boiled eggs and cheese. From drinks, coffee, tea, cold and hot milk, hibiscus and something similar to orange juice)).
Lunch: for lunch there were always 2 types of soup, various side dishes (rice, pasta, potatoes, stewed vegetables). Every day they offered chicken, fish, stewed beef in various versions.
Drinks were always the same, lots of vegetables. Between breakfast and lunch there were light snacks by the pool and on the beach.
Dinner: everything is the same as for lunch, but there were also cutlets or grilled sausages, duck, turkey, crabs, squids. The food tastes quite different, but you always remain full. There were always a variety of delicious desserts: cakes, pastries, rolls, muffins, fried dates and various buns. From fruits there were dates, bananas in chocolate, guava, tangerines, oranges, apples. Service in restaurants is not intrusive, they clean the dishes only after you finish eating and leave, or you say. But sometimes unwashed cutlery came across, they change without problems.
Bar. Strong drinks have always been gin, whiskey, rum, vodka, red and white wine, beer. Offered as cocktails, and in its pure form. Beer was mostly bottled (local "Stella"), we liked it.
There were no cases of alcohol poisoning, although a couple of times we celebrated the rest very well (drunkenly) : -)).

Service. They cleaned and changed the towels in the room daily, left 4 * 0.6 bottles of water every day, the linen was changed once. There were no cases of theft, they were always vigilant and put everything in a safe. Before leaving, they pack their suitcases for 150 rubles. , or 30 pounds, or 5 $, or 4 euro. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, which is very convenient: there are many souvenir shops and cafes nearby. Within 150 meters there are several bank branches for currency exchange (now the exchange rate is 1 $ = 6.6 pounds), a 5-storey Kleopatra bazar store with fixed prices for souvenirs, Abu Ashara and Metro grocery stores, Internet cafes, fast food restaurants KFC, Burger King and McDonald's.
