I was in this hotel in March 2008, in principle I liked it, and even left a positive review, but this year the hotel has undergone tremendous changes and, of course, not for the better. This is not only my opinion, but also of many tourists of different nationalities and religions.
They changed rooms for 2 days, constantly something did not work, the furniture simply fell into disrepair. The doors of the wardrobes fall off, the light does not turn on due to the lack of light bulbs, the air conditioners do not work, the bathroom is clogged, the refrigerators are not in working condition.
Now about the service....It simply does not exist! The room is not cleaned without baksheesh. You have to beg for toilet paper, the same situation with towels... For 15 days, bed linen has never been changed. Tables, mirrors and floors are not washed at all.

Food... fu, what a disgusting !!!! ! In the canteen (there is no other way to call this institution) the air conditioner did not work in the morning, and in fact there was a stove in the room on which 2-3 scrambled eggs were fried. The room heated up to 30 degrees!
The beach. . . The sunbeds are miserable, the mattresses are burnt and torn. True, the beach is cleaned every evening. Once in the sea, garbage was thrown from the yacht, that's where the horror is !! ! You swim, and cigarette butts, paper, etc. drift nearby.
Animation. . . For the elderly is normal.
There is nothing for young people to do in this hotel. Music NO. The bar, where there used to be live music, is now quiet. The disco sucks. 2-3 times there was a show, well, so-so.
And what was the attitude towards the Russians... a nightmare! They consider us the worst tourists, and do not hide it. We bought a jeep safari trip on the beach, so upon arrival, the Coral Travel guide Mohammed el Kadi made a scandal for us (why we didn’t buy the trip from him and that our contractual obligations were exhausted), which changed our attitude towards this company.
I am not a hypocrite and on vacation I close my eyes to many things, but this is the first time I meet such a hotel and boorish attitude.
Of course, it is up to you to decide whether to go there or not, but I would not advise even an enemy to do this !!!!! !
