We went after reading various reviews, including negative ones, so we were ready for anything. But what's interesting is that it wasn't all that bad. Of the benefits of a quick check-in, they immediately put on bracelets and go. Room in a building by the sea, in good working condition. It was nice to have a safe. Cleaning is average, but this is the norm for Egypt)), sometimes they left a reward, but by and large this did not affect the quality of cleaning, only figures from towels appeared on the beds)). The staff normally communicates in Russian, but in English it is easier to agree. All the guys are positive and friendly. The animation team is always on the job, they are constantly invited somewhere, sometimes for exercises, stretching, water aerobics, dancing and sports games. Shows in the evenings. You can go for a change. The area is beautiful, clean, well maintained. Food on a solid 4-ku. We were not hungry, there is always plenty to choose from. I liked something, something I didn’t, well, as they say, it’s the taste and color. . The beach bar has good cocktails. Snacks between main meals are available. I liked the beach, there was enough space, the entrance to the water is excellent, shoes are not needed. There were enough sun loungers. We left towels or clothes, nothing was ever missing. The hotel is located on the famous Sheraton Street, which is full of shops with normal prices, everyone is ready to bargain. We bought excellent quality terry towels. The initial price is 130 pounds, but they are inferior for 105. There is no lower, and this is the case in all stores from this network (Karkusha Cotton House). From the hotel to the left, across the road, opposite the Sea gull hotel there is a Metro minimarket, they bought juices in packs, the price is from 12 pounds. There prices are fixed, payment in pounds or by credit card. You can also walk on foot to the Marina embankment, 10-15 minutes, to the right of the hotel and to the sign, easy to find. On the street, they bought fruit from vendors on stalls, cheap and tasty. The mangoes are excellent, the figs are very tasty, the pomegranate is sweet, without sourness at all, I regret that we didn’t try the persimmon. As for the Internet, after tormenting the first day (I need to be constantly in touch), I bought a local Vodafone card in the Vodafone store, across the road (I need a passport for registration). In general, the hotel met our expectations, and for tourists with high demands, it is better to find another option so as not to be disappointed. Worth the money spent. Our holiday was a success.
