Hello everyone. After visiting this hotel, I came to the conclusion that if 90% of reviews about the hotel are negative, then they are still worth listening to. We went to this hotel only because at the moment it suited us for the money. We were interested in the "economy option", we knew that it would not be "so hot", but this "economy" exceeded all our expectations. . .
So, in order.
We were a group of 7 people. Upon check-in, we immediately asked a Russian-speaking guide (name - IMAD, from CORAL Travel) to settle us all nearby (5 rooms) or at least nearby. And of course............ we were all settled clearly in 4 different parts of the hotel. . .

Rooms: After reading the reviews, I tried to mentally prepare for the appearance of the room, but when I went inside I was still upset . . I decided to put up with it (this is for 10 days and only spend the night actually). But... it started, something that is described many times in the reviews: my air conditioner did not work, the door lock did not close, and there was no shower curtain. (It seems like a trifle, but when you wash yourself there, you flood the entire room. ). I called the guide, showed everything. He called the master air conditioner, he fiddled with the air conditioner. Didn't. And...... I was moved to another room, next to my friends.
Further, for 10 days, we had everything: constant problems with cold water (it is not there, boiling water flows from the tap), plugs knock out, air conditioners break (in other rooms).
The rooms are disgustingly ugly. The shower in the room looks like it's a beach shower. You can stand in it only in slippers, and try not to touch anything.
More or less decent numbers remained only in the main building. We compared 5 rooms in different locations. So if you still go there, then ask for a room only in the main building. Close to the sea, you will reach.
Cleaning. Bed and towels are changed every day. Sweeping the floor. don't wipe anything. When I checked in, the coffee table and mirror in the bathroom were all stained. I basically didn't touch anything. In total, nothing has changed in 10 days. Tips didn't help.
The animation is relatively bad. There were seven of us, so we were our own animators. )
Beach. There were enough beds and towels. There were no problems. Relatively clean. There is an observer.
BUT. there is one disgusting nuance. As described earlier, the beach is in the form of a bay. 5 sightseeing yachts are moored in the bay. And the sea is periodically covered with a film from diesel fuel. And further. Don't swim near them as they pass by - the ship's toilets drain directly into the sea. "It" swam past us 2 times....
Food. Everything is sooooo scarce and economical. (For those who are the first time, it may come down). Breakfast also includes sour sausages and mashed potatoes. Salads are mixed in such a consistency (they are not seasoned) that they do not even look edible.
The only thing that is well prepared is the small variety of meat.
We saw fruits only on the 4th day. (Breakfast - dates, lunch - watermelons, dinner - Melons / oranges). they say it's not the season. . .
System "All inclusive". Disgusting. Works in 3 places - the main restaurant, a bar in the lobby (from 11 to 23) and a pool bar (from 11 to 5 pm). Bar on the beach - paid.

Because the hotel operates in 2 modes: All and "breakfast and dinner", then (as it was written earlier) the bartenders give one glass in 1 hand, so that those who are "ALL" do not treat those who are "breakfast and dinner".
Disposable plastic cups. We swam in the pool. Went up to the bar and asked for a beer. We drank. Girlfriend smoked. She threw her cigarette butt into a glass, for lack of an ashtray nearby. The bartender came and took all our disposable containers. And in front of our eyes, he rinsed a glass with a cigarette butt and immediately poured beer into it for a man waiting in line. No comments.
Guides Coral Travel. Upon arrival, our guide was IMAD. He beamed at us. We decided not to risk it and immediately bought 3 excursions from him (CAIRO and 2 different ones on a yacht). The guys safely went to CAIRO. (But on the way back, the guys saw a nearby sightseeing bus with tourists knocked down an Egyptian. ) Next was the "fishing" excursion. Our boys were all in anticipation of this fishing. )) We swam on a yacht, landed on some island, swam near it. And when we sailed back we were told that fishing was canceled. a strong wind is blowing, and in return we were landed on the island (which was not originally planned. That is, the most important thing was canceled...
And our last excursion was supposed to be a similar trip to the island.
We thought and decided that since it happened, we don’t need a 2nd similar excursion on a yacht. (whatever the guides paint there. ) We decided to go on a day safari with the Bedouins, but....take an excursion from a travel agency that quite openly sells these same excursions right IN THE HALL of the hotel. (there are advertising stands and a person sits) We knew that we would lose 50% of the cost of the tour on a yacht, but agreed to this without any claims. (We needed it so much)
The cost of this tour with IMAD was $60, the cost of this tour with Sergey was $35.

BUT our guide IMAD (from KORAL) saw that we were conferring in the lobby with a guide from the travel agency (his name is Sergey). Our guide IMAD quite unceremoniously flew up to us in the lobby and began to snatch his ticket from our hands, shouting that we have no right to show it to anyone. The voucher was in our hands when we talked with Sergei.
Then he returned to his counter and began to yell at the whole hall and stomp his feet, while addressing the tourist. I ripped off all the flyers from the stand, like, leave as you like. Shocked us.
A guide from CORAL has arrived. The management representative spoke English, and the second IMAH guide (from Coral) translated for us. They apologized to us 33 times for the behavior of the IMAD guide and the scene he set up, and it was said that he would be punished somehow for his behavior.
This is where it all ended. We bought a ticket from Sergei (travel agency in the lobby) and absolutely wonderful trip to the Bedouins.
Imad stopped noticing us after that and turned his back when we got close to him.
Through the tour operator Coral Travel, I absolutely wonderful went to Spain, but in Egypt they disappointed me with their selection of personnel. There was also a whole unpleasant story with a refund (50%) of the tour, with other guides, but you can’t describe everything here....
Territory. - Beautiful.
On the 3rd day, we stopped noticing the shortcomings of the rooms, and got used to plastic cups. The sea, the sun, the company. . . and what else do you need for a wonderful holiday? ))
The hotel is "Russian", but there are a lot of Arab vacationers, whole families. At first, we were a little tense from the Arab women wrapped in all black (except for the eyes). Then they stopped responding.
To everyone who decides to relax in this hotel, I wish you a pleasant stay!
