I am writing a review a month after visiting the hotel, when all emotions subsided and only great memories of my vacation in Regina remained. Rested with family from 12.07 to 31.07. For vouchers they gave a little less than 50 thousand Russian rubles for two.

The overall impression of the hotel is positive, with the exception of some aspects, I will elaborate below:

Accommodation and Rooms.

We arrived at the hotel at approximately 10.30 am, settled us immediately, gave a room on the third floor of the main building (334). Gave cards for towels (free of charge). The room was normal, everything worked, but it was the last one along the corridor, the windows overlooked the street, and given the situation on the roads in Hurghada, it was absolutely impossible to sleep in it, so the next day we went to the reception and asked to change the room. Half an hour later we were unpacking our suitcases in room 227, the staff took time to prepare the room for new guests. No money was paid for accommodation at all.
Five days later, two more tourists joined us, they were given room 418 in building A, to the left of the main building. We did not meet insects either there or in room 227. Both rooms had a hairdryer, a TV, a refrigerator called a mini-bar. Cleaning was done in different ways, much depends on the cleaner attached to the room. Every day they changed towels and put soap accessories, sometimes they made swans and other decorations from towels, the bed was changed every two or three days, on request - every day. There was always hot water and the shower worked well.

Nutrition.

The food is normal. I wouldn't say it's bad, but I wouldn't call it great either - it's ok. Quite a varied breakfast: vegetables, salads, hot dishes, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, breakfast cereals, pancakes and a wide variety of pastries.
For lunch and dinner there were fresh vegetables, salads, soups, sometimes mashed soups - a wonderful thing, there was always chicken and fish in different forms, for a side dish as usual: pasta, potatoes, rice. Again, a lot of flour products: bread, buns, cakes. Very varied desserts, not a lot of fruit, but the watermelon was excellent. To be honest, after twenty days of staying at the hotel, the food was fed up. Most of all, I didn’t like the fact that the dishes sometimes came across poorly washed and chipped.

I noticed that many people write about the shortage of tables, this really happened, but we did not encounter this problem so often that we were indignant about this.

Bars.

Coca-cola products, local alcoholic drinks and water from coolers were served as soft drinks.

Snacks were served at the beach bar during the day. The bars always had tea and coffee. The bad thing is that there were no juices, instead of them powdered drinks.
On the other hand, you can make up for the lack of juices yourself, outside the hotel there are a lot of cafes where you can drink excellent freshly squeezed juices, I was especially pleased with the mango juice.

All drinks except tea and coffee are served in plastic cups, which some tourists liked to scatter throughout the territory, although there are trash cans everywhere.

Staff and service.

The staff is quite tolerable, but not all. The exception for us was the bartender at Shark Stop, a tall, middle-aged man with glasses: after numerous refusals to his proposals to go for a walk, he began to be rude and look menacingly at my whole family when we ordered drinks from him. Therefore, we tried not to contact him too much.

The administrators worked fine, all requests were fulfilled almost immediately, although I often observed scandals from tourists at the reception. Lifeguards and cheerful guys work on the beach and by the large pool.
Cleaners did not leave a tip - they cleaned normally without it, but this, apparently, is how lucky.

In general, we had no problems with the staff. It's just that you just don't need to behave inappropriately, then the attitude towards you will be normal.

Animators tried, well done. Thanks to Hamada, Anya, Lesha, Nastya and Shohrat.

The daily program consists of gymnastics, aqua aerobics, volleyball, belly dancing or latino, step aerobics and boccia. On the beach it was possible not only to lie and sunbathe.

The evening program is repeated every week - fed up, the funniest sight is the choice of Mr. Regina.

The hotel has a clinic with a wonderful doctor and a Russian girl. Our family, like many others, had a problem with digestion and standard remedies did not help. The girl explained everything to us, we received the medicines and left for treatment - after a couple of days everything returned to normal.
Not particularly convenient for those who have not traded in this.

The sea is gorgeous: clean, warm and unusually transparent. Swimming in it is a pleasure! For what, in fact, they went! I heard more than once that Regina's beach is one of the best in all of Hurghada.

Excursions were not taken from the operator or from local agencies. Once we only went on a yacht to Paradise Island, with a stop at the corals. Amazing trip - who has never been, I especially advise! Such a diverse underwater world of the Red Sea will not leave you without impressions.

The hotel is perfect for young people, as it is located in the center, so the clubs are within easy reach. My sister and I visited the Ministry of Sound, Little Buddha, Vodka bar and Disco le Garage (at the King Tut hotel) and many different cafes. The hotel has its own disco, but boring, so we preferred to go to clubs outside the hotel.

There are a lot of shops nearby, so you won't leave without souvenirs for friends!
I also advise you to take a walk to the Marina embankment - a great place.

The hotel has a spa, we went to the Cleopatra treatment complex, and 5 massage sessions. I want to say that the massage included in Cleopatra is fundamentally different from what we paid for separately and not for the better. With a complex, they give all the best, you like it and they persuade you to take a massage course. Honestly, sorry.

But I advise you to go to the complex. It includes a bath, jacuzzi, peeling, sauna, full body coconut mask, clay face mask and that wonderful full body massage.

Summing up, I want to say that, as always, the main thing is the mood. If you go with a positive attitude, you will have a good rest, and if you are negative, you will write terrible reviews that are filled with malice and characterize the authors well. After all, you are going to rest, and not to find out why you did not like your choice.

Everything must be treated with understanding.
Or choose a hotel more expensive and higher category.

Have a nice holiday!
