Good day to all. I rested in this hotel from 22.08. 11 to 02.09. 11. I will clarify we were three adults and one child 2 years old. I'll start in order: ARRIVAL. SETTLEMENT. We arrived at the hotel at 6 am according to their time. Nobody was going to check us in, since the check-in was at 14.00. I gave money in the amount of $ 10 and we were settled in room 106, it is located immediately after the exit from the reception to the left . . in short, this is the first floor from the main building .... when we entered the room ... I thought, well, nothing, although it was embarrassing that the entrance door closes every other time, then it’s better - it’s scary in the bath ... dirty, not cleaned and rubbish in the corners, lack of sanitation ... my child saw the bed collapsed on it and fell asleep in the same position ... the furniture is old, two single beds, a bedside table, a table and two shabby wooden chairs .... a wardrobe with a lot of dust ... I would be afraid to hang clothes there.

after a while, when we more or less got used to it and got some cognac to sort of relax, something happened that I didn’t expect to see at all ... a yellow-orange lizard ran along the wall, 10 cm in size. later more and more . . shorter there were so much so that the cognac didn’t get any more, and we were already sitting and guarding the sleeping child and the suitcases, so that God forbid they didn’t crawl in . . I again went to the reception and asked to change the room, he told me for a long time that there were no rooms ... as a result of the code I already started screaming, they gave me the keys and I went to look at another number. He was on the other side, this is room 524. The room is twice as big as that one. the furniture is much nicer. also two beds, a wardrobe bedside table, and other furniture. in general, the room is decent and even as I noticed there is a balcony ... we moved to this room. I asked for another bed for an adult and one for a child. then I asked for more and more .... in short, from the 6th attempt at 8 pm they brought the beds.
The children's bed was covered with a sheet and given another one to cover. (no pillow provided). The child had to fold a pillow out of towels. They cleaned the room super: a worker wiped the passage between the beds with a mop. Towels changed only when you throw them in the aisle on the floor, the bed was never made up, much less they were never changed. we have never been on the balcony, because there is a couple of centimeters of dust and there is a cluster of workers below (they have a room there) and they constantly screamed. At lunchtime, the child fell asleep with difficulty. The water is not hot in the evenings, but they ate warm, almost cold (not normal for a child). The TV shows two Russian channels, and then the masters called once or twice. in general, the room is so-so. Oh yes, I forgot to tell you, my child woke up when in that room in the first one and asked for a drink, we no longer had water and I went to ask for water . .
I went to the dining room and asked for a glass of water, to which I was told there was no bracelet on my hand, water was not allowed. I was shocked . . for the first two minutes I tried to explain that the little child was thirsty, and that this day was paid for me ... in short, they managed to bring me to tears, I remembered the whole Russian selective mat, promised that they would all be very bad. after which they still gave me water. (the concept that the child is thirsty, and in general the concept of "children" is worthless to them). EATERY. Oh. yes, this is the most common canteen, the queue for it starts in the corridor. and when it opens, everyone pours in from the gloomy edge and runs to take the queue to get the dish. First, salads ... all as always cucumbers, a fried salad, the same green pepper, a tomato, if you want, you have to ask ... then salads mixed with all sorts of mayonnaises, I didn’t eat them. soup there is water with vegetables ... well, rice, pasta, macrons with tomato paste, half-baked potatoes.
chefs are standing and handing out chicken delicacies. You have to wait in line for five minutes. and they will give one piece, well, or if you're lucky, two. there was fish almost every day, once there was very tasty beef. sweets and pastries, very tasty. smelly tea, coffee like bodyaga, and powdered milk (bleached water). soda is poured into plastic 200 gram glasses and then only half ... in short, if you want to drink, you need to take 5 glasses, but they won’t give you that much. There is nothing to say about fruits, since for lunch there is watermelon or melon (not always tasty) and sometimes oranges of incomprehensible origin. BEACH. The beach is nice and the sea too. entry into the sea sand (in the middle) and stones on the sides. yachts and motor ships stand to the right and to the left. there are always enough sunbeds, towels to get on the cards, for free. People walk along the beach all day and offer either a sauna, or a trip on a yacht, or henna tattoos. There is a bar on the beach, there are also snacks in the form of buns.

There are two pools, one near the main building, the second on the way to the sea. the one that is second, there is also a bar, there is only booze. there are no snacks. diving into the pool, you can swim up to the bar and they will pour you something. the water in the pool smells like bleach, the water is not filtered, but just a worker boy Ruslan (very smiling and sociable, speaks very good Russian) catches dirt from the pool all day long, with self-made devices. Children's pool is normal, but the water is not heated. ANIMATION. Very weak. For all 11 days I didn't even know who's name was. They dance with children in the morning at lunchtime and in the evening. For adults, volleyball, darts, water polo, aqua aerobics ... personally, I didn’t find anything to my liking and I was bored. There is no evening animation at all. I heard about the disco once, and then they were going to go somewhere for a fee. I didn't even know about the gym.
And there is one computer at the reception, the Internet is at normal speed, but you can’t sit for more than 10 minutes (queue). FOR KIDS. There are two playgrounds, one is for little ones, there are plastic houses, slides, swings. and the second on the other side of the territory for older children, there are wooden loopholes and an iron swing. In the evening, you can’t take a walk on it, as the lawn is watered and the water is ankle-deep there. The territory of the hotel is very large and beautiful. A lot of greenery, beautiful flowering bushes, palm trees with some kind of berries. Mowed lawn and beautifully trimmed trees. Workers like ants on all fours work and take care of this beauty. The owner of the hotel constantly walks around the hotel, He is an Egyptian - bald with big and wild round eyes. He looks at everyone with furious eyes, I have never seen someone say hello or smile.
(in my opinion, the owner should admire his guests and be glad that they came to his hotel). His wife is Russian (Victoria, if I'm not mistaken), blonde, seemingly ordinary. He speaks their language, English and Russian. Son Adam, looks like 4 years old. The owners constantly swear among themselves, it's disgusting to look at. In general, I did not like the rest, I rested in Turkey for the same money and my impressions were positive. Egypt has outlived its usefulness, or I'm just not very lucky. But I won’t even go to this hotel for free anymore, it’s very disgusting there . . every day with some kind of adventure. There is nothing to do with children there (this is not a family vacation), and young people may not notice the minuses.
