Although the beds were separate for a married couple, it was impossible to move, but both were one-and-a-half, so it was comfortable for us on one (I don’t know if it’s like that in all rooms or only with us, but we didn’t ask to change the number). I warn you who in the travel agency say that there is a sea view - it is not there (standard second line), a view of either the pool or the road. The air conditioner worked when we were not in the room, the electricity also does not turn off automatically when we leave. Safe in the room is free. There were no power outages or other problems that were mentioned in the reviews.
2. Food for 3 (probably the only minus of the hotel). There is a lot of food, different, but absolutely tasteless. There are a lot of fruits (there were everything that they sell in stores). There was never seafood. For lunch and dinner, there is fish, chicken (usually not edible, although the husband ate), beef or liver. For my taste it was possible to eat only the grill. By the end of the trip, a children's menu appeared (there was none before), but this is only formally for children (grill and fries were removed from the common table and given out strictly to children). Alcohol, tea, coffee and other drinks around the clock, food is also almost always available (sandwiches, some side dishes with meat are left at night, the rest of the time between meals there is also something to eat, you can’t take food to the room, but no one is behind it does not monitor and does not prohibit.

3. Service. Cleaning is normal, no money was left - the figures were not made, but they were removed. If you want shampoo or soap, you need to run after the employees, they don’t leave them themselves. It is better to take all the toiletries with you (they give a small piece of soap, they didn’t interrogate more in 12 days, they asked for shampoo once, the hair conditioner was only upon arrival, there is no shower gel). The rest of the staff was very pleasant, all smiling, unobtrusive. There were no problems in the bars, they gave as many drinks per person as you ask, if you ask for more, they poured. In general, I was delighted with the staff (4th time in Egypt, usually their employees annoy me, this hotel is just darlings). 7. Beach. Travel by bus 7 min. The bus runs every 15 minutes. The beach is sandy, without pebbles, clean, not deep, ideal for families with small children.
8. Entertainment for children. In addition to animation, there are also several playgrounds, separate water slides (even for the smallest). I think that a child, regardless of age, will not be bored. I regretted that we went without a child.
