We arrived at the hotel at about eight in the morning. We were put in the lobby of the hotel, and nothing was offered to drink from the road to tired tourists who did not sleep at night. In the Hall on the table was a machine with Pineapple juice (similar to yuppie) and chilled water with mint and lime and the absence of a single glass. Approaching the administrator and asking for juice glasses, they brought them to us in 10 minutes.
And all because of the fact that the main restaurant had breakfast and there were no free waiters to bring glasses. We were huddled in the lobby for several hours and simply kept silent when asked about breakfast, but 10 minutes before the end of breakfast the administrator came and offered us $ 5 per person to take for breakfast, but because my family has already gone to do reconnaissance, we did not go to him . Towards 11 o'clock I approached the administrator and offered money so that we could be accommodated at the end, but he refused, saying that it was not accepted in them. Already tired and angry, I decided to walk in front of the hotel and see what is there. It took me 5 minutes and I returned to the hall where at that time the administrator came and issued cards from the room. We were put in an electric car with other six arriving from Ukraine and taken to fight.
Although on the tour we had a Delux pool view, but we were accommodated for free in a room with sea views and a terrace, as my wife wanted.
The room is spacious, it had a large double bed and a ready-made and covered sofa for children, if you say that the bed was white, I will deceive you, the bed was so white that I do not know how they do it. Rooms are nice, spacious, comfortable, but there are small flaws that do not affect the quality of rest. The room has a safe, a wardrobe, a TV on which you receive messages from the hotel, as well as invitations to various events at the hotel.
Our room was located 100 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the pontoon. The pool was close at hand. Behind the terrace is a gorgeous lawn, which is nice to walk barefoot.
Hotel infrastructure:
The hotel has 6 swimming pools and 1 lazy river
1 pool for people with disabilities, 1 pool with water park 1 children's pool with mini water park, two pools with bars for your relaxation. 1 pool does not work due to circumstances unknown to me.
Pools do not stink of chlorine, as is often the case, the water is clear and clean. It is allowed to swim in the pool from sunrise until 18:00 - which is a very big disadvantage, because from 16:00 the heat subsides and you want to spend time in the pool with a glass of cocktail. Also, if your skin burns quickly, like mine, you will not be allowed to swim in a cotton T-shirt with a print, so I recommend to take care in advance and bring a synthetic T-shirt or plain white T-shirt made of cotton, because you will be forced to remove it (this is also a minus) . I was bathing in a synthetic T-shirt.
Near each pool you will always find a free place (chaise longue) to relax under an umbrella from the sun, but because of the constant winds in Marsa Alam, these umbrellas are not very safe, as they matte, then in one direction or another, one such umbrella from a gust of wind fell on my wife.
Poolside bars will help you quench your thirst with various cocktails, beer and other alcoholic beverages of Egyptian origin, bartenders are polite and pleasant, mostly speak English, I want to mention a few are Saeed, Mustafa Khalid and Walid, very nice bartenders, and all bartenders -Waiters stole, they work hard to make your holiday a success.

I like to eat well and drink well, for some reason everyone always quarrels with Egyptian hotels for their bad food, I was Sharmi, now here in Marsa Alam and the food satisfied me.
This hotel is focused on the European guest and therefore the cuisine here is mostly European, with minimal local flavor. The choice of food is not very large, but you will never be hungry. Breakfast, lunch, dinner is held in the main restaurant AIDA, at the entrance to the restaurant you are greeted by a very nice administrator AZZA, she is always friendly, remembers who is from which country and always greets and wishes a good appetite in the language of the guest.

Lunch
Always two types of soups and a lot of side dishes, if you choose the soup yourself, the main dishes are given to you by the chef and you should always ask him to add, because by default they give only one tablespoon.
