The overall impression of the hotel is extremely positive. Located 40 minutes drive from Hurghada airport. Well maintained area and beach. There is green grass and palm trees, but there is little shade from them.

The booked and paid (back in February) Standard 2 + 1 room was not among the free ones, so we were offered to stay in the Chalet (room 1175, exit to the backyard, first floor) for the night, and, if you wish, stay in it for the entire period - Had to pay extra $20 per day. We refused. Two-room suite, two bathrooms, two TVs, one double bed and two single beds. Safe, air conditioning, drinking water, electric kettle, tea brews, sugar, porcelain mugs.
The next day, before dinner, we moved to our Standard (room 1279, exit to the backyard, second floor, full balcony). Number, naturally one-room, with a double bed. There is a bathroom, air conditioning, TV,
a safe, and all the tea frills described above, drinking water. A baby cot was provided at our request within an hour. The room is clean, the TV shows 5 Russian-language channels and many others, sockets do not fall out, there are no ants, tiles on the floor, a huge mirror in the bathroom, soap accessories and water were replenished as needed (4 times in 10 days). Internet is paid, $5 per day or $25 per week. Didn't check the quality. The food was a special delight for my wife and child. Yes, and I really liked it. Lots, no, LOTS of baked goods and sliced fruit. Fresh vegetables, cheeses, a couple of types of sausages, stews, rice, sausages, butter, croutons, mashed soups, omelettes, pasta, french fries, grilled meats, chicken and fish in batter and much more. Have never been hungry.

From drinks - beer, whiskey, rum, cola, orange juice, cold fruit tea and hot drinks from cappuccino machines, Nesquik, etc. The choice was good. a couple of times I came across a glass with a broken edge, and once an unwashed glass and a spoon, there’s nothing more to complain about.
The staff is quite friendly, for the entire vacation only one "receptionist" did not understand Russian, but a Russian speaker was quickly found. Questions were answered clearly, there were no difficulties with this. Cleaning in the rooms on demand - the corresponding sign was hung on the door handle. In addition to the cleaning itself, the stock of drinking bottled water was replenished (two bottles of 1.5 liters each) and wash tubes. We brought our own toothpaste and brushes.
