It feels like reviews are written to order. Based on the reviews, we chose this hotel as a family and greatly regretted it, despite the fact that we did not find fault with the service, but simply wanted to relax.
1. We arrived at the hotel at 8 am. The children did not want to just pour water until they were settled (settlement from 12 noon). Some nonsense. The administration considers this normal.
2. You come to the beach with children at 7 am, there are 5 people on the beach and in the sea, and all the sunbeds are occupied (towels are tied, scarves are tied... ) !! ! According to the rules of the hotel, it is impossible to reserve sunbeds, but the administrators - everything is fine!
3. Check-out from the hotel at 12 noon. Departure from the hotel was at 16.35, departure - at 20.25. Despite this, the administration immediately cuts off the straps at 12 (I have never seen this anywhere) and you can neither have lunch nor drink some water. Children want to drink - buy, want to eat - buy! People rolled up scandals - the administration is all over . . yu! At first we didn’t understand why people were fuming, but when they started to figure it out the day before departure, everything fell into place.
The administration is generally oak and considers this a normal rule. Although from experience - even after eviction from the room, the straps from the hands are not cut off and until the moment you leave for the airport, you can use the entire service. Not only that, buters and water will be thrown on you on the road.
4. On the territory of the hotel, bottled water is paid (we had AI), except for 2-liter bottles in the rooms. You can take in a bar in a glass, but in a bottle - for a fee. It's the first time I've come across this.
5. Food - we had enough. Our priority was the sea. But for the first time I had problems with the stomach, although the children are OK.
6. The sea is cool!
7. The climate is also class!
8. Beach - so-so. Sunset in the sea seems to be normal, but a bunch of coral remnants with sharp edges is an unpleasant sensation.
9. Animation for children is good. But this group of animators was new.
10. Ordinary staff - friendly and pleasant, it was not even convenient when they tried to please in any trifles.
11. Sofas for children - one name.
12. Wi-fi - normal for Egypt, it used to be worse.
In general, we had a good rest, although the administration tried in every possible way to put a spoke in our wheels.
We will never visit this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone!
