We came to have a rest with my family to celebrate the anniversary. . . When we came to the reception, where just insolent guys work, if you don't give money, no one will talk to you (and they demand about $ 40). . . the person who brought the luggage also demanded money when he was given $5, he just started screaming and swearing while throwing this money at us (he was indignant that we had come to rest at the resort and gave him only $5), he was rude, demanded another $10, threw the suitcases and left.
Cleaning the rooms. . . again, if you leave the money, they will take it away, no, live the whole vacation with an uncleaned room.
The beach... came every day at 6 am, almost all the sunbeds were occupied (and there were no people... just towels lay all the time) those that were very far from the sea and the bar were free and it was very inconvenient !!!

Then there was a very unpleasant situation... we went to dinner (there is always a queue, every day you have to wait until there is a place to go in to eat) to take a seat, everyone usually puts the keys to the room on the table and goes to take food... so did we... while we were choosing food, the dining room staff STOLEN the key to the room from the table and quickly set to work!!! While we were having dinner. . . our room was robbed!!!
The loss of the key was noticed when, after dinner, they were going to go to the room.
We turned to the reception, they opened the room for us with a spare key and told us to pay another $ 50 for the missing key, which after 2 minutes was at their reception... who brought it? how did the person who brought it find the key?... they they just couldn’t answer these questions (they tried to get out, but they lied even more... they said that they saw video surveillance on the floor and they saw it on the screen and they came to take it away, we asked for a recording and it turns out there are no cameras anywhere, then the guard found the key, which there was never there, then a cleaner and so on). Some administrator came, he doesn’t understand a word in Russian, checked the room, got rude to us, made us extreme and left. Then they asked to call our hotel guide... they called, but to some completely unfamiliar person who introduced himself as our hotel guide, whom we abruptly changed in the morning. We asked to call the police, after that the guys from the reception simply disappeared. And all this on the eve of the anniversary. THIS HOTEL IS SO HAPPENS OFTEN, as it turned out later!!!!
There are a lot of hotels in Sharm with good conditions and if you want to have a nice holiday. . . choose something else, at least where the staff is not so overzealous and know how to communicate with people, and they know what conscience is!!!!
Our vacation was completely ruined, and the holiday was also spoiled... we left with a feeling of deceit and an unpleasant aftertaste !! ! WHAT CAN BE WORSE... even if there were golden toilets and silk bedding, all this goodness would never compensate for those disgusting emotions that we experienced and with which we returned home !!!
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!! !
