But it’s stupid to shift the flight from 6.00 to 15.00 and report it for knocking, how weird!! ! The whole day was stolen by this travel agency. These are the problems that are often described in the reviews. There was a whole plane like that, at least our flight was not rescheduled, and for some the same scheme worked here. But the most wonderful thing happened at the hotel when meeting anextour staff in Egypt. We were introduced to a certain Galal and his colleague, I don’t remember the name anymore, and I don’t want to. It's just a rampage of rudeness here. and most of all I liked the "cool" gift from this office - a reduction in the price of excursions by $ 5-10. Okay, maybe, who needed it, but we are used to getting acquainted with countries without tour guides. And so, two caring Egyptians offer to stay, moreover, I had to wait until they downloaded their laptops, and then they demanded that I write a refusal of excursions on their excursion papers and an obligation not to use offers from local, other tour operators, threatening travel agency insurance. ) )). We were taken away vouchers and told to come for them at 18.00. But, when I came for a voucher, they pointed me to the couch in a boorish way, supposedly the Egyptian comrade was terribly busy, stupidly sat at the table and clicked something in the laptop, it lasted about 15 minutes, his friend tried to joke stupidly. Thank God we were lucky and we did not contact the proposed excursions, especially to Israel. It turns out that the real company is not responsible if the Israeli customs did not let the person in. Go wherever you want, and by the way, the money for the tour is not returned. They took you to the border, and then your problems.
. . . But thank God, everything was compensated by the hotel itself. The territory is huge and very beautiful. Many people write about furniture, but we were 3 years ago in a 5-star hotel, the furniture was much worse there, there were a lot of mosquitoes, but after processing the room with a banal dichlorvos (at our request), there were fewer of them, and they used a fumigator, brought him with them. Of course, paid $10 to get a nice room. Well, let it be an Egyptian hotel tradition. The guy who cleaned our room is just a talent!! ! I wound up such things from towels, museum masterpieces))) and constantly smiled. Bartenders are a different story, sassy to the point of impossibility, constant offers to buy a bottle from them, even for 4 glasses of cola, we were offered to buy a bottle of cola from them for $ 2. I don’t see well without glasses, so I didn’t see the name of one of the impudent ones, he’s a little chubby and such a KAMLO !! ! The cook at the bar near the pool touched with his rudeness, stupidly sent everyone to the reception for vegetables, if they ran out; didn't refill the sauce if it ran out. But one fine day, the owner of the hotel turned out to be near the pool and, lo and behold, mayonnaise appeared in the burgers))), jars with sauce and mustard were filled in time... but such an abundance did not last long.

THE INTERNET?? ? in this hotel is unknown. We just bought a local card, and many people just stood in the corridor at the windows and caught the Internet from the Four Seasons Hotel, since there was a summit of presidents at that time. ))) Although, sometimes the absence of a net gives a good chance to relax and enjoy the real world.
And again, all these misses were compensated by the sea, an excellent beach, beautiful coral and underwater inhabitants.
The food is normal, but specific, but you will not stay hungry, people who do not have enough borscht, take it with you, ask the cook for a corner in the kitchen and cook borscht. In any case, I did not see empty plates. Thank you for delicious bread, favorite baklava and delicious grapefruits and dates! )))
