We read the reviews before leaving and were very disappointed with our choice of this hotel, but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. At the reception immediately settled in a good room, no extra charge. Very polite staff, a hundred times a day they asked if everything was fine, how are you. . .
The room is very decent, they gave a chocolate bar once for cleaning, cleaned the room well, changed towels every day, not new, sometimes stained, but always clean and washed.
The food is good and varied. For lunch and dinner, always fish, chicken, beef or lamb. The only drawback is the missing vegetables were given several times and a meager dry ration. Butter and cottage cheese are given upon request, as well as meat - in portions, I think that this is correct, since our people do not know how to behave and row as if they had not eaten for months, and then mountains of food remain on the plates.

Loved the Arabic, Italian and fish restaurants. Alcohol in the bars is not diluted, all the bottles were unsealed in front of us. Special thanks to the bartender on the Islam beach, he made the most delicious cocktails.
What I didn’t like was the animation, a bunch of students who don’t know how to organize anything, the performances are primitive, not interesting.
The sea is a separate conversation. Nowhere else is there such a beautiful reef and such a huge number of fish as in Grand Oasis. We bought the "Sea Walk" tour from the operator, where we were promised a beautiful golden reef and a variety of fish, went to Dahab in the reserve, but nowhere was there such a number of fish as in this hotel. Swimming with a mask is a pleasure.
