The staff is HORRIBLE, LADY, CREDIT!!!! ! - I’m telling you, if it’s not Dash Dollar who is constantly rude, approaching the bar, pretending that they don’t see or hear you, but complain to the senior manager, then the answer simply kills - DON’T like it - Move out. In the morning I went to a restaurant to have breakfast, I saw a man badly (drank too much), came up and asked the manager to call a doctor or at least help with something, to which he heard the answer, they don’t care even if he dies, he asked the tour operator Anex-tour, to which the answer is the same, vacationers are not protected generally!!!! ! When they came to the meeting to take the questionnaires to fill out, they refused all excursions because very expensive, yacht $ 50 - with a person - it is expensive, on the beach there is Taras (middle industry) - the price of $ 23 - with a person, we ordered separately for 10 people yacht $ 230 + diving - $ 10 per person, super excursion, from 8 am to 5 pm, lunch, super yacht is clean and well maintained and only we were a company, which is very good (San Marino), the hotel area is large, clean, well maintained, 3 swimming pool, 1 was heated, the beach was normal, the wooden sunbeds were broken after one, the mattresses were torn, the sea was clean, the corals were so-so, it’s better in Sun Rice Holiday 5 * (hotel), the food is normal, the booze is terrible, take it with you. In a word - if you change the staff, and so that they would pay more attention to the residents and treat them more culturally, then you can go to the hotel, otherwise it’s just nerves. There were cases of theft of money during the holiday period, so if you take a room, be sure to hide all the valuables in a safe, but not everyone has it in the rooms.
