The price is $988, it's a little expensive for a 4 person, but this is a New Year's tour, so the price is higher than usual. Mandatory payment for the New Year's Gala Dinner at $70 per person (140 for two), supposedly a condition of the host, sheer nonsense, it didn’t work out with dinner, the money was paid (TO promised to return it).

In fact, the hotel is still undergoing renovations, it is half empty. For the first time, a tractor drove along the beach for 2 days, landscape planning was carried out. The smell of paint, the noise of the perforator (even at night) is normal. TVs have been replaced in the rooms. It can be seen that order is being put in place, the staff is friendly, but the combination of rest and repair is not very in harmony with each other. There is only one restaurant in the hotel, the food is normal, standard for Egypt, enough for everyone. The hotel area is not very big, but beautiful, well-groomed and very green. A nimation-0, absent at all. Near Soho Square, from the reception to Soho is the same distance as from the reception to the beach.
The hotel offers a trip to Soho, walk it within walking distance, all the entertainment the hotel offers on Soho.

In this hotel, he is a monopoly, all excursions, trips, entertainment, only from him. But based on my own experience of holidays in Egypt, I can give some advice on organizing your holiday, this will help those who are in Egypt for the first time.
The biggest negative in the hotel is the Join Up hotel guides.

I want to give advice to those who will rest in this hotel, do not use the services of these guides, if you do not want to spoil the impressions of your vacation. Rude and ignorant people, upon arrival, they will sell you trips anywhere and focus on the fact that they have the lowest prices, but this is not so. You can save 20%, 30%, and in some places even more on buying excursions using the services of other guides, this is verified. Sea excursions, diving, parasailing, etc. you can buy on the beach in a dive club, it will be cheaper, checked.

I can assure you that tourists who bought excursions from different guides for different prices end up on the same yacht, one safari, etc. , but for different money.
