Chose this hotel only because of the reviews and because of the bay with coral. Waited half a year for a trip. We rescheduled the flight and arrived at the hotel at 7 am, tired, hungry, without water and food. Not only that... the manager at the reception said that the check-in is from 12:00 and until that time we can’t even go to the sea to swim without a bracelet. Immediately shock, disappointment and spoiled mood... I understand that the room may not be ready, but not allowing people to eat scrambled eggs and drink tea is bullshit ! !
