The hotel is a full-fledged 4 *, there were small nuances in terms of room cleaning (which is very common in all hotels) and food, which quickly improved for the better side. Well, more about everything.
ACCOMMODATION. We arrived at the hotel at 13.30, at the reception
we were greeted with cocktails, it was very pleasant and unexpected.
Having filled out the questionnaires and without paying a single dollar for the room, we were given a room in the main building on the second floor, just the window was facing the road, which was not important for us, because. We only came to the room to sleep.

ROOM. The room itself is not bad: the beds are large, comfortable mattresses, the only thing that could be done was to make cosmetic repairs in the bathroom and change the doors, which did not close well. Housekeeping left much to be desired, although other acquaintances were cleaned well, to the conscience. You immediately conclude: everything depends on the person, on his conscientiousness in his work. Towels were changed every day, clean and white.
TERRITORY. Sama hotel area is just a fairy tale, awesome oasis in the desert. So much greenery, flowers. Almost tame herons walk on the lawns. The paths throughout the territory are washed with water, everything is clean and neat. The construction of the buildings is interesting. Very beautiful. The hall itself at the reception is beautiful, a huge chandelier, against which everyone is photographed. Lots of soft sofas and armchairs. very pleasant and friendly environment. In the evenings, animators work with a varied program.
BEACH. The beach is awesome too. Firstly, it is multi-level, which is very convenient. Secondly, the location is convenient, in a small bay, so if the wind blows, you don’t feel any discomfort. If you just want to wet your feet, you can go from the shore, or from the pontoon. The pontoon, of course, is not very convenient to go down to the sea, a very steep staircase. On January 19 and 20, a strong wind blew, but everyone sunbathed and swam on the beach, because. We didn't have strong waves and it was possible to swim. For all 12 days of our stay, only 2 days there was such windy weather, and everything is fine. there are animators on the beach who invite you to aerobics, to the Bocha game, to Darts and to a cocktail game. They dance and attract vacationers to active recreation. Well done! Pleasant music always sounds. The reef is a separate issue! Just a big aquarium. Fish are varied. Every day you go swimming and you don't know who you will meet this time - a new inhabitant of the sea. Constantly someone either swam past immense sizes, which was uncomfortable, or even large fish swam, fed on corals, allowed themselves to be admired. I was on a pontoon and in the sea. There were also low tides for several days, which also does not affect swimming in any way. The tide is low and the water recedes where the dead corals are.
NUTRITION. The food in the first days of our vacation was very bland and, so to speak, tasteless. I would like to note right away that we are not picky people, not gourmets. But our tasteless days ended literally 3 days later, after the commission left the hotel. The check just came, apparently gave a scolding for the kitchen and the food became tastier, and there were more baking. The only thing I wanted was more fruit. There were almost none. There were only pomegranates, oranges, tangerines and dates. There was always a grill: chicken, beef, seafood (small squid and octopus) and fish. In the form of beef, they liked only kebabs or cutlets, and whole beef was undercooked, they simply did not have time to cook it, the queue is waiting for a portion. Their minus is that they didn’t marinate it, but fried it raw in front of you, and what can be cooked in 2-3 minutes?

I would also like to note the work of the waiters excellent. there is no discrimination, division into races and nationalities. Excellent attitude towards everyone. As you are to them, so they are to you, only with greater dedication.
The impression is good about the hotel, but if one pursues a quiet, family holiday. The youth will be bored. Although the hotel hosts trips with animators every evening in Naama Bay to various disco clubs.
