Although I hope that after the checks everything will change and you will not have to demand what you paid for, because the standard category room in the hotel has 40 sq m, rooms in zircon, a maximum of 20, although if you compare room service, then there it we liked it more, because

When we checked in at 943, we were told the price list: relocation to the first floor - 20 usd, main building, 2-3 floors - 30 usd, we still do not understand whether this is an official dues or fees from the hotel reception staff, because we arrived at the hotel a large group, including 3 couples who did not get to the neighboring Baron Palms hotel due to overcrowding, and of all, only we were sent to a mistake, and when it was found out on what basis tourists were settled (for guests who paid for Baron Palms, free the rooms were found), we never received an answer from either the Guide or the general manager of the hotel. By the way, the compensation promised by the manager personally was also not seen))). But we got a basket of fruit and a wreath around the neck, upon check-in, many were not lucky.
From the excursions, they took only a buggy on which the wheel fell off (the tie rod unscrewed) in the desert and, accordingly, there were no tools with them, they didn’t roll over (fortunately, the husband has special training in driving), we are happy, extreme))). They didn’t climb a camel (it was scary), which saved the budget))), because climbing mono, climbing down for Nuno. By the way, the buggies were taken from the guide, that is, officially. We did not use any of the additional services in the PAI system, except for massage, we liked it. I went twice, for myself and for my husband. The fitness room is not bad, the treadmill is not designed for heavy weight, it snacks.

I liked the animation, we went to the show several times (it was really cold in the evening). Exercise and sports are carried out very competently (Tatiana, respect), I advise everyone, the program is designed in such a way that even beginners will be useful, and not very difficult. I liked the music on the beach.
The fact that reviews sometimes write about finished nuts and drinks (more often expensive alcohol) also happens, and the reason is not clear, in the pool bar in front of us someone asked for nuts, they were refused (ended), but we were already given two packs. And in the lobby bar, we had to stand up for a couple of pensioners from Sweden, they were denied coffee, cappuccino and espresso were over, and nescafe, which apparently had to be grown, also did not want to be poured for 40 minutes by one waiter, and another, without objection, even found a lost cappuccino .
