I will not write my opinion. Just a statement of facts.
Transfer. The little bus in the middle of nowhere is the latest and smallest. There is no cargo area. Suitcases in the cabin. Through the window. Sami. If there is not enough space - there is a stool for these purposes - put it in the aisle - and voila.
Settlement. Don't expect early check-in. Only for grandmothers. Sia view - plus 400 dollars. (!!!! ), earlier settlement 70 dollars. If you just have breakfast - 25 dollars / person.
There are no bracelets. Food, drinks, tea / coffee - only after receiving the room. No number - all for money. You can go to the pool or to the beach - there is tea, coffee, croissants, fruits. Sneak quietly. Otherwise, they may ask for a room number.

Rooms. Spacious. Very spacious. The standard room has a double bed, a full bed for a child, a sofa, a table and an armchair, a table with a mirror, a cabinet with TV. balcony - table and two armchairs. The bathroom is very cramped. Shower room - 60x60, with a plastic tray. Bidet, toilet, sink, mirror. the doors from the shower room and the entrance door to the bathroom - do not open at the same time - the layout does not allow.
They give bathrobes (there is a children's bathrobe), slippers - cheap smelly rubber flip flops. Tinder and stink unbearably. One dressing gown was caught burnt inside by a cigarette. Bedding, towels - no complaints. Soap and shampoo kit give once. Budget. Container - used many times, it can be seen.
Cleaning. Regardless of the tip, they clean up badly. We always had folded things and covered beds, there were no buns, wrappers, etc. lying on the floor (in the room opposite we regularly saw such a picture), and even at the same time, the floors were poorly washed and the bathroom was poorly cleaned. apparently the staff thought that our room was clean anyway. Drops from spilled champagne in the room and hair on the toilet lid, no one removed for 10 days. For all 10 days someone's fingerprints flaunted on the mirror. Once they complained about the cleaning - they wiped the mirror and put the cosmetics in the bathroom on the countertop - they laid them out on a towel in chronological order.
Bed linen was changed three times. Towels - daily.
Lobby bar, alcohol. Lobby is small. Six bottles at the bar. Drinks are all in cans. Martini - bright yellow. In the evening it is problematic to sit down. There is a piano, my aunt plays in the evenings. The piano is almost invisible, somehow hidden away. Alcohol is all local. I can’t say anything about the quality - they only drank with a failure brought. If it's over - in Soho there is alcohol duty free (you can buy it with your passport, within 48 hours after arrival, for 1 passport 3 bottles). The smell in the hotel lobby is sooooo specific. Focused on the Eastern client. Sofas, chairs - all a little with traces of vital activity. You can go to the lobby only for the sake of two Filipinos - divine women - smiling and helpful. Special thanks to them for their service.

Territory. Flowerbed and pool. The pool is huge and heated. The bottom of the pool is dirty. There is a boulevard with shops from the Baron. More expensive than in Soho.
Nutrition. Tablecloths, knives, forks, plates. Everything is nice and clean. If at the beginning. At rush hour - they don’t have time, of course, it’s dirty, sometimes you can’t ask for tea. A couple of times the glass was with lipstick - not washed. Breakfast is the most luxurious. Everything else is so-so. Everything that is not made from a single piece of meat - there are veins and ground bones. Potatoes are not tasty. Basically you can choose. Chicken wings and stewed fish have always been. There were dishes from the chef - I don’t even know how to comment on them. Fruit for dinner is not given at all. Vegetables are so-so. For Christmas, they gave strawberries once. A couple of times there were pineapples. Juices did not take alcohol. They drank only water and only packaged water. There were sushi, sausages, red smoked fish (only for breakfast), turkey for Christmas, lamb. There are no edible desserts. If you're lucky, the cookies will be delicious.
Entertainment. There was animation. Aquafit, volleyball, etc. There is something. Not particularly interested. In the evening there were some performances in the amphitheater. We went once - there was a fire show.
A la carte restaurants are a separate issue. It would be better paid, but tasty. In restaurants, you need to take red fish - you can't go wrong (it's hard to spoil it in principle). Gala dinner on Tuesdays - by the pool: a singer in a shabby vest sang something. Food from all restaurants is the most delicious at the gala dinner.
Service. Free of charge: a la card restaurants, gala dinner, diving, laundry, catamaran and other crap.
The beach is large, there are enough places both on the beach and by the pool. Yes, there are those who took their places and did not lie down. The pontoon is long and one for the entire large beach. There are many people on the pontoon. Corals, fish - there. You can see, but not very bright.
Now about the little things.

There is no security on the territory of the hotel - all and sundry roam. All nearby hotels. They came to swim in the pool and on the pontoon. There was a scandal with people from another hotel - it came to a fight with the staff and the police, they could not kick me out. They drank, yelled, cursed, jumped with a bomb into the pool.
Trial dive - in the pool. They enter with scuba gear from the children's area. Float on the bottom of the pool
By the pool, for three days in a row, sunbeds were opened with a stain. During the day, during rush hour. It stank throughout the hotel.
There are no lifeguards. Not by the pool, not on the pontoon. Our children drowned twice. Thank God everyone is alive.
There is no washstand in the dining room. No paper napkins
There is no toilet on the beach. Wash your feet from the sand - only in one place on the entire beach
Dessert from the chef - yesterday's uneaten cakes were laid out in layers, filled with jelly, sprinkled with pomegranate on top. Like pigs.
Every time they ask in the dining room for a room number - maybe 5 times for dinner.
The baron has only territory. Everything else is not theirs. On the Baron's pontoon - dive coral sea. In the pool - coral sea diving. Spa - coral sea. beauty - coral si. Amphitheater - Baron Palms.
There are no blankets in the a la carte restaurant by the pool - it is terribly cold in the evening.
In the pool bar - sparrows eat cheese, ham, croissants.
Lots of Muslims. Oriental women swim in the pool in clothes and scarves.
The staff gives preference to foreigners. It is problematic for the Slavs to open an umbrella or change towels. Foreigners run to lay towels, they will only see them at the pool.
Numbers from number 200 - there is a hum from some kind of industrial installation. It is impossible to sleep with an open balcony.
There are practically no Russian channels - 2-3. Poor work, stutter, freeze.
Staff for any problem - do not understand Russian. There was a precedent. The staff at some point refused to speak Russian - only English, as soon as they spoke English - they stopped understanding English, stupidly froze and left. There are Russian-speaking workers - they can only translate.
Twice the tea in the restaurant smelled of antiseptic (either the water was not boiled, or the cups were only rinsed with raw water).

There is no children's food. Not at all. Mashed potatoes on the water, mashed potatoes and all.
Delicious rice with dried fruits in an Indian restaurant, red fish in any restaurant, a decent gala dinner.
On the pool, all the fruits - not washed.
Towels only in one place - by the pool. A couple of times came across dirty and wet. I hope they just got confused.
Coffee lovers - no coffee at all. Powder or from the machine. There are no coffee machines. Only in Turkish.
The mini bar came replenished every day. We didn't use it so I can't comment on the quality of the drinks. There were beer, some kind of juice, cola and something else.
The wind was especially in the afternoon. Strong enough. At the pool, the wind behind the bushes was not felt.
The hotel provided a private transfer. It looked like this. Two families (we don't know the other family) loaded us onto the bus from the baron. There is no cargo area. Suitcases in the cabin. We unloaded our luggage at the airport.
All with a claim to luxury, but with colossal savings. Everywhere there is a budget approach.
They try their best. It's far from 5*. Solid, good quality 4*.
