Yesterday I returned from this hotel with great joy that I still went for 6 nights, since I simply could not survive the 7th there !! ! The hotel is really teeming with provincial teenagers who do not care about the generally accepted rules of relaxation. It is almost impossible to relax in the hotel day or night - Russian pop music rumbles throughout the hotel, depending on the time of day. If you settle on the right side of the hotel, then the construction noise will drown out the pop music, and the attendants live on the right side, and the alternative will be Arabic music and television at night. So choose for yourself. . . On the very first night, a man from the servants broke into me, and he knocked on the door for a long time, then on the window, and then simply unceremoniously broke the balcony door and burst into the room, but after my piercing screams he hastily retreated. In the morning I complained to the reception and the guide, who answered me like this: "What do you want for that kind of money? It's normal... why didn't you open the door for him at one in the morning? You have to open it! " I paid $250. for 6 nights single. Therefore, I was guaranteed not only a disgusting service, which I read about in advance and prepared properly (I took a sheet, a fatarik, a towel, dishes, a kettle), but also a COMPLETE LACK OF OWN SECURITY !! ! This incident can only be regarded as a robbery! Further, in retaliation, apparently one of the servants first turned off the light in my room in retaliation, but I didn’t go to figure it out, because I had planned many excursions and was out of the hotel. Then one day I returned home, and there they turned off the very rusty dirty water, without which it was still difficult to live (I took a flashlight, but I didn’t stock up on water tanks), I had to go to the reception again - wasting time. The same "window thief" came to fix everything. Luckily, we managed to get him out quickly. I will not write about unsanitary conditions and other horrors - the reviews below are fully confirmed. A neighbor did not bring sheets - she washed herself in the hotel, there was a refrigerator and a TV, but they did not work.
