We arrived at the hotel at 9 am. They said that everything is booked and busy, you have to wait. We wanted to change the room to a "jacuzzi room", but did not agree, the receptionist did not compromise and the promised dollars))
They suggested we go for breakfast. We had breakfast (without bracelets) and went to the lobby. Somewhere at 10:20 we were already given a card and brought to the room in an electric car.
ROOM:
The room turned out to be good, with access to its own pool (it was somewhere in rooms 6-7). The guy who settled us convinced us that, in fact, they used to pay extra for this room, but now there are new rules and no one has the right to demand an additional payment from us for a room). After all, the room on the first floor also has access to the pool.
The room is very large, with a wardrobe, which made me very happy as a girl) The air conditioner worked perfectly.
CLEANING:

The rooms were cleaned on request. There is a special button that will tell the staff what to remove. But cleaning took about 2 hours, although it was conditional. Linen was never changed. Luckily they provided clean towels. Curtains and tulle were stained, spoiling the whole picture.
NUTRITION:
Ooooooooo happy with the food! Crabs, shrimps, squid rings, tuna, sushi, burgers, lamb, various types of fried fish and meat, a lot of salads and just vegetables. From fruits: apples, peaches, guava, melon - regular guests) a very large selection of sweets, delicious chocolate cakes. There were grilled skewers, sausages and fish. Even at Easter they gave colorful eggs)))). Every day a great choice and a lot of delicious things. There was even a diet menu. From breakfast to a late snack, which was until 02:00 (!!! ) the choice is large, you will be satisfied).

A lot of rednecks work at the reception. Straight cattle and nothing else. The guy had a temperature of 38.5, his face was swollen, and I asked to call a doctor. I received a message on viber from the insurance company that I need to call from the reception to the city number of the clinic and call the driver who will take me to the hospital. And she asked the men at the reception to call a doctor, because the person feels bad. It's hot outside and he's on fire. To which I received the answer "ah, I eat bizi. " And this "man" settled people further. This angered me and I said that I didn't care that he was busy with our emergency. He just looked at me and simply ignored me. I was shocked. Then a second man came up and dialed the number of the hospital for me, but indicated that I only had a couple of minutes. I didn't hear anything AND NOT SURPRISING, because he turned down the volume on the phone itself in front of me. For what? Unclear. I asked to make it louder, he said that it was unrealistic........ I went to the room and called at my own expense from there.
When we checked out, this busy man just said "ok, bye". Very polite.... "oooochen".

Our bus was late for 30 minutes and we decided to pack our suitcase with our film, although the hotel offered to do this for $ 10. When I was doing it, the same man who offered to do it for money ran up and started shouting at the whole lobby "haha, what are you doing, it's not normal, haha, they don't do it, haha.
