The hotel is close to the airport, the journey takes literally 10-15 minutes, Nabq district. I must say right away that there is no RIFA! (as in most hotels in this district) to save time reading reviews for those who care. Settled not immediately, but not later than the accepted rules of the settlement. The bracelet was put on immediately and sent to eat. We paid extra $20 for the best room (initially there was a standard). The room is normal, not super-new, but not old either, the bed is large and comfortable, the safe is free, the water is hot and cold all the time, the plumbing is serviceable, towels, bathrobes, the room is cleaned every day.
The hotel is very green, with a large, well-groomed territory. The food is delicious, there are seafood. Loved the pasta with sauce. The alcohol is not bad, you can and should drink, the beer is delicious (everything from 10 to 22).
The staff is mostly friendly, it all depends on the person. Of course, they do not refuse the tip they are used to, because. there are many Italians in the hotel, for whom holidays in Egypt are cheaper, probably, than ordinary life in Italy. There are also many Ukrainians, there are Kazakhs, Belarusians, Arabs (mostly families, I don’t know where).

At the time of our stay, there was no animation, everyone was mostly lazy, but the animators did not really strain themselves, most of them are also Italians.
The hotels have 2 children's pools, and 2 adults - the main and "quiet" where there is no music and animators.
The sea is shallow, deep enough only in the morning and from the pontoon (about 400 m), closer to dinner - low tide, from the pontoon - to the waist, from the shore there is no water somewhere up to half of the pontoon, after 2 the water starts to come back. Near the pontoon you can snorkel - not a reef, of course, but you can see a few fish.
Opposite the hotel, in the sister hotel, there is a water park, not too big, but worth going at least once, the kids will be generally cool, I think.
The only thing that I did not like (besides, one hundred alcohol until 22) was the almost lack of access to the Internet. When checking in, they give a log and steam for 1GB of free Internet, but by how quickly it ended, I think there is no 0.5 GB there either. Unlim - another 16 bucks on top and you won't be able to decide if you're not Italian. I think that in 2019 the Internet should be like food - all inclusive.
By the way, there are places to go along the street nearby, incl. Mac, Hard Rock and GEORGE CLOONEY down the street towards Rixos and Cleopatra. EVERYTHING is cheaper in it than in the markets praised by guides, Soho Square, etc. , where guides are on a percentage of local sellers. A simple example: a mango is $1 kg there, and on the market (like a cheap one - $2). Divide all the guides by 3, both about the places for purchases and the "coolness" of this or that excursion.
